+ -1 moreWe received a cost estimate, but few specifics concerning how Ms. Nicholson would redesign our family room. We also received an invoice for a $150 consultation. We paid that fee, but chose not to work with her.
Description of Work: We contacted Judith Nicholson to request a consultation concerning a possible make-over of our family room. She did not mention, prior to arriving at our home, that there would be a charge for her consultation. She met with us for about an hour, then told us her fee was $150.00. We were surprised. Her Angie's List information states that her initial consultation is free. She said she would send us an invoice for the consultation, as well as a proposal outlining the design concept and its costs.
