The experience was extremely poor. First, the Uhlmans want to put anything in writing, be it an estimate or a work order. They only did so at our insistence. Then, the walkways they constructed were graded TOWARD our house, so that rain, snow melt, etc. would be moving to the foundation, which anyone would tell you is the opposite of what you should do. When we asked about this, we were told that was the best they could do. Recognizing that this could be a serious problem if not corrected, we had to hire another company to correct it at our expense. They also were condescending and said what they thought we should do rather than listen to what we said we wanted. Any phone calls to have them come out to look at or correct something that wasn't right was met with disgust and heavy sighs. I don't know why anyone would use them more than once with their poor attitude and lack of fundamental construction knowledge such as the drainage issue. I would not recommend them to anyone.
