+ -1 moreAll of the women were friendly, upbeat, helpful and efficient. They were especially good at minimizing the confusion for my mother through the whole process. When they left, the apartment was largely unpacked and quite usable. They even helped put books on the shelves and made suggestions for displaying the sculptures. They were monumentally helpful and cheerful.
Description of Work: This company was recommended as senior move managers on this end of my mother's move from out of state to Shrewsbury MA. There were two unpackers at my mother's apartment at 8 a.m. when the movers arrived. The ladies helped unpack boxes, arrange furniture, dispose of packing materials and organize items in the various closets and cabinets. Two more unpackers arrived at 10 a.m. and continued to unpack things, place them where my mother wanted them, make suggestions and help her to feel in some control of the process. They were excellent at involving her with minimum stress. They even unpacked sculptures and helped the movers bring some items upstairs.
