Providing the highest level of knowledge for both buyers and sellers as they navigate the waters of the current real estate market. Able to offer significant technical skills to market properties to today's buyers, and multiple methods to calculate reasonable value for buyers. More for Sellers: I know what buyers think is important, and we can use that knowledge to help you sell faster. In a market where the average market time is still a hefty 3-4 months, getting your home positioned to sell is very important. I work with you to help you understand what's important to buyers, what we can fix or stage quickly, what might make more sense if we have more time or money, to maximize a buyers response when they get to your home. For Buyers: I feel my job when helping you buy a home, is to help you gather as much information as we can get on it, to make sure if there are problems, we know about them in advance. This includes helping with home inspections, Title V reviews, assessor map readings, property card checks for building permits and other defects, plus my assessment on where the home needs to go to reach "the next level". I'm always available to past clients to offer advice about major home improvements to make sure they maximize resale - after all, I plan on selling that home when you're done with it. I help take the risk out of your purchase, and with the serious money we're talking about, lowering risk is a good thing. There's LOTS OF RISK. You've got wet basements, old roofs, clogged gutters, radon, septic systems, highway noise, street traffic, poor renovations, old windows, lead paint, mold, wells, sump pumps, and literally dozens of other potential issues to negotiate and deal with. Millions of other home owners live with these issues and more - avoiding them is rarely possible. Education, knowledge, and a strategy for going forward is often necessary.

Matt is highly knowledgable, a true expert in his field real estate. Matt did an exceptional job listening and respecting our comments. Time was extremely sensitive and Matt clearly honored that and proved it with his actions. Matt provided us with the most extensive Market Analysis on our home while at the same time The Comparative Market Analysis was concise, update and thorough. The presentation of information was truly remarkable and informative. He works very efficiently.

Matt arrived on time for our appointment. He walked around room to room making notes and then presented his honest assessment of the value of our home and that we should be able to sell it. We haven't moved forward yet with the sale since we need to get the house ready first.
Description of Work: Matt was very professional and positive about our house. He provided an market analysis of the value of our home and offered to work with us in the future. I would definitely consider working with him. He was very pleasant to work with, and seemed very professional and knowledgeable about the Worcester housing market.

He was great! He is not pushy and was very friendly. He wouldn't let you to make a decision that wouldn't be good for you. He is very patient and really helps his clients make the best possible decision for them.
