Underground cable to lamp post needed to be repaired. Discovered the defective section of the cable and repaired it. Now works just fine.

The florescent fixture over our kitchen sink stopped working. Since it was installed quite a long time ago and since my husband and I are not spry enough to work in that area, we called Steve and arranged for him to look over the problem. We agreed on a time the next day. About an hour before he was scheduled to arrive, he called to tell me he could not come because the job he was working on was running long. He asked if coming the next work day would work (it did). I sincerely appreciated that call! Steve turned up at the agreed time and determined that the fixture would need to be replaced. All in all, the job took about one and one-half hours. I also asked Steve if he would be willing to talk about another unrelated electrical topic. Not only was he willing to discuss it, he actually made a couple of calls to check on the topic!

The person they sent out was very courteous and the work seemed to go smoothly and according to schedule.

We have used them several times. He is so trustworthy that I would let him come in my house and I don't watch him do anything. He just goes and does whatever we need him to do and let us know when he's done. He cleans up his messes after the work and you wouldn't never even know he was here. He comes out as soon as I need him and he's fast and doesn't waste time. He is really great and I recommend him to everybody.

I just opened up the phone book and found him online and chose him. We lucked up with him because he has been very good.

Steve agreed to my schedule, called the night before to confirm, arrived on time, did the work carefully, and calmly. A pleasure to have him.
