Description of Work: Purchased a bathroom faucet at Lowes and hired them to install. The plumber arrived on time, did a great job, charged a very reasonable priced ($150 for the install). Lowes is great for jobs like this.

Description of Work: Purchased and had a installed a new Samsung over the stove microwave. Very good price, and installation was on time and done in a quality way. Good job.

Description of Work: In October of 2009 we ordered a Pella sliding Patio door from Lowes in Westborough. This was a custom model with 2 grills. Lowes notified us the order was in and scheduled the installations for early November. As the installers worked, it became clear that they did not have all the parts. They were missing one grill and a foot bolt. They tried to convince me that this was how it was supposed to be and that they never came with two grills. I chekced my order and it was clear it was for two grills. I called Lowes and they claimed both grills were there. After we went around for awhile, Lowes ordered another grill which they said would be in the following week. To make matters worse, the one grill that they did ninstall was not installed correctly. They did not insert the pins into the predrilled holes with the result that every row is crooked, and makes me dizzy every time I look at it. In addition was screen was installed at least 1/2 inch off level. The installer told me wife that this is the way it installs. So to sum it up, we started with 4 problems; 1: One of the grills was never delivered and was supposedly missing from the order. therefore only one grill is currently installed. 2: The grill that was installed is crooked in every row. The installer didn't have enough sense to push the pins in the installation holes, but instead put them in other spots, 3: The screen was installed 1/2 inch off level, and the installer was kind enough to tell my wife that this was a correct installation. 4: The footbolt was never delivered, because, supposedly, they didn't have the right part. It is now a almost month since the initial installation and we still don't have the second grill or foot bolt and they haven't fixed anything. They say the grill will be delivered to their store next week, but that's what they said a month ago. .

Description of Work: Purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer. The salesman was very helpful. The items were delivered the next day (Sunday morning) at 9:00 sharp by competent installers. The machines were up and running by 9:30. We also had a good experience buying a dishwasher machine a few years back.

Description of Work: Hardware/Home improvement store. I needed quite a few supplies to complete some home repairs including grout, paint, tools and cleaning supplies. Lowe's had everything I needed.
