Description of Work: Leonardo Silva totally focused on doing the best job possible. We used him 7 yes ago and glad we went with him again to paint our house. He has also done repeat jobs for 9 different neighbors and with repeat business from all. And the fairest pricing for the job.

 + -1 moreI enjoy working with Leo and his crew. From start to finish they kept their workspaces clean and were considerate of my kids playing outside around them. It was tough sometimes to communicate with some of the Brazilians. But in the end it wasn't a problem. I think it can be tough to get ahold of Leo sometimes because he likes to go from job to job doing quality control, and make sure his crew is doing exactly what the owners want. I also think that many people have hired him and he is busy!
Description of Work: Leonardo and his crew took on the daunting task of a complete painting of my 3 story Victorian as well as my fence. There was extensive scraping and priming to be done, as well as power washing and some repairs here and there. As they say, a great paint job is all about how well the prep is done, and these guys did a fantastic job prepping, taking their time. We did a complete color change, from gray to blue. His crew also stained my deck in spring 2007, stripping off a bad stain job I did in 2006. It looked fantastic! Leo also finished a bathroom in December 2007, finishing up work done by a sub-par contractor we let go. Sanding very rough walls smooth, (and that was no small feat!) painting, hung a cabinet,looks great. Very happy!
