The original walkway and steps were installed late last fall. The following spring, after our new front porch steps were installed, we noticed that the large front pad was uneven. The problem was that the men who installed the front pad had graded the pad to run to the side of the pad instead of to the front of the pad. Although both would keep water from coming back to the house, by pitching it to the side it caused the first front riser on the new steps to be uneven with the front pad. Without hesitation, John from Landscape Depot, worked to solve the problem. John came out immediately to our house to present us with our options. We decided to remove and reset a section of the front pad near the new steps. Not only did John ensure that the work was done properly, he came out to the house and worked on the pad himself. We can honestly say that we have never worked with someone so honest and professional.
