Description of Work: I have an annual service contract. Their most recent visit they came to clean and service my central AC unit. They checked all the settings and changed the air filter. They always make sure to put booties on over their shoes, every time they enter the house, even if they are in and out a dozen times. Very professional.

Description of Work: I consulted with six companies to decide which to use to install a new furnace. The furnace and service CPS offered was comparable to the others, but the rep. did not seem to "get" that I was just a customer who truly did not understand the 'technicalities' of furnaces, and was abrupt and did not give me the answers I needed. However, on the positive side, after I reported the experience to the CPS management they apologized profusely.
