They guided us toward lower-cost solutions that made sense for our project, arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule and under our budget. Everyone at Budget Blinds was easy to work with. From the initial consultation to installation, everything went smoothly. We are very happy with our choices. They are kind of pricey but definitely worth it.

The company responded to my initial email within 24 hours. The in home rep, Merrick, spent a couple of hours going thru samples in order to help me make the right selections. The product arrived within the specified time frame and was installed a couple of days later, by Merrick. I'm very pleased with the quality and style of the blinds and will eventually stop playing with the remote controls!!

It is always wonderful to find a company that believes in old style customer service and curtesy. From our first call, to the quick response to the wonderful home visit with Amanda finishing off with the perfect installation by Merrick, we are now huge fans of this company. We talked a number of companies but after meeting with Amanda, we knew we were going to use this company and we put in our order on the spot. We didn't have a very big job, a skylight shade, bedroom window shades and living room shades, but they made us feel like we were important customers throughout the whole process. Amanda did not try to sell us on the highest price product and actually talked us down from buying an expensive remote controlled skylight shade She made wonderful suggestions about which blinds to use in different rooms and after installation, we both wondered why we waited so long. These aren't "budget" blinds in the sense that the quality is top notch and the warranty is crazy good. One free "no questions asked" replacement. Merrick did the install and was fun to have around while he did his work. He was meticulous, cleaned up the tiny bits of shavings and all the shades look great. I can't recommend this company enough.

It went fantastic. Merrick was the person we worked with for the consultation and installation. The time expectation was almost perfect. The shutters fit perfectly and he's great to work with. He's meticulous and clean. I just can't say enough about him.
