I hired Leonardo to build a retaining wall in 2013, about 4 months ago I noticed that fence on top of the wall is leaning and there is a 2 inch gap between the wall and the driveway plus a sinkhole, I had a structural engineer out and he said I do have a problem, when they did the work a permit was not pulled, this retaining wall is the length of my driveway, according to the code a wall more that more than 4 feet high it is required, the permit was pulled after the fact the wall was done and no drawing were designed by the engineer and submitted as required by the code, I have called the company's office and no one has got back to me

Awesome Landscaping was easy to work with He responded to questions in a fast, efficient and professional manner. The work was done in a timely fashion. The stairs and the railings look terrific. I would definitely hire Awesome landscaping again.

Leo is a great communicator, so there is never a misunderstanding about the project to be done, how it has to be done and in what time frame. He is professional, smart and his rates are very reasonable. What I like most is that he is dependable and has the job done within a few days. Great Work....Leo! Excellent job and in record time!!!
