Came by promptly to provide quote. Then brought a crew to remove some 30 year old shrubs and stumps that needed a small backhoe to pull out. They filled the holes with topsoil and left the yard looking nice.

They mow and trim the lawn. Very responsive to our requests.

We had agreed that they could come and do the work anytime that was convenient and they were in the area. Greg and his crew showed up a couple of weeks after our initial meeting, removed every trace of the debris piles and also took away the compost fencing. They left everything looking nice and tidy, as if those huge stacks of branches were never there. Very pleased with the work, and also with the price.

I received a prompt response to my call. The owner did a walkthrough right away to see the job & provided quote in record time. Owner was also at the start of the job for detailed instructions to his staff. You don't find that with many companies. The workers were professional from start to close & did excellent job. They also followed up with me before they left to make sure they had not missed anything. My yard looks the best it has looked in years. I am signing up for more regular yard maintenance and would definitely recommend them with high marks!

We were impressed with this crew's work ethic, attitude, team work and presentation. They were able to remove a huge counter top stove out of a very tight space, through the dining room and living room without a scratch or scrape. Then they put everything back in place. This was no small feat. They worked in a cooperative and coordinated fashion. We thought he was not charging us enough (No kidding) so we actually tipped him 40%! The second hauling job was for taking some furniture to the dump. When they arrived our landlord had decided he wanted to keep our old furniture and move it to the basement. So without hesitation Greg and his crew moved it down to the basement then they quickly and efficiently removed the rest of stuff for the dump run. Again we tipped him because his rates are so low.

Left it to Greg to schedule cleanup. Very happy

All work is done when and as promised. Prices are reasonable. HIghly recommend.

Greg was courteous, knowledgable, and the price was very competitive. They came when Greg said they would, the work was done efficiently, expeditiously, and to our satisfaction. My back yard is my sanctuary, so I definitely want someone I trust take care of it. I will most certainly continue having Greg and his team maintain my yards, and am looking forward to having Trowbridge Property Services come throughout the year with fall and spring clean ups, tree pruning, etc. He does snow clearing too!

I found the overood.job good. I'm from the South, so I am still new to the process of keeping a Cape Cod lawn looking good but Greg was very helpful.

Greg was professional and easy to deal with from the start. Came and gave me an estimate, walked the property with me to review what I needed, made some suggestions, etc. The estimate included one item I ended up not needing, and he easily renegotiated the total when I removed that item. It did take him a couple of weeks to get to the project once I accepted his estimate and said I wanted to hire him, but he was up front with me about this and I was in no rush (we also had almost two solid weeks of rain during this time, so I know that backed him up on some other jobs). He did the job in one day, using multiple people and bringing all of his own equipment. He did the work as promised, he did it well and he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use him again for one-time projects like this and I've also decided to use him for bi-weekly lawn mowing this season.

We have been using Trowbridge Property Services for a couple of years now. The amount spent that we reported would be for the whole year, for all the services they povided to us. They do my spring and fall cleanup, lawn mowing and leaf removal throughout the year. They are very reliable and reasonably priced. We would highly recommend their services to anyone. They do offer other services such as snow removal, dump runs, clean outs, but we have not needed those services as of yet.

Greg did our spring clean up at our house, including a much needed pruning and clearing out of brush in our back yard and de-thatching the lawn. Greg and his crew did a great job of pruning and trimming. They cleaned up all the left over leaves from the fall and took away all the brush. I look forward to having him return to do some landscaping in my front yard.
