I contacted Happy Floors pretty much desperate to get a flooring job left in limbo from a previous contractor sanded and finished. My original flooring contractor installed the floor but strung me along for weeks, failing to show up when he said, not answering phone calls, etc. So I called Happy Floors on a Friday, a day after my original flooring contractor failed to show up at the designated time again and I effectively fired him. Happy Floors was able to sand the floors the very next day, Saturday, and apply a sealer and then two coats of water-based finish. They returned on Monday to apply the final two coats of finish. The floors came out beautifully. Alex and Sergey were very polite and professional and finished in a timely fashion. I only wish I had found them sooner before suffering through the agony of constantly chasing the previous flooring contractor.

They responded immediately to our requests and did an absolutely flawless job. Our decks look like fine furniture. We could not be more pleased.

Moved furniture and put everything back in the proper place. Work admired by family and friends. Limited dust exposure which resulted in a very clean process. Sales experience and installation experience was complementary . Salesman was educational and allowed me to make decision. Did not over sale.

Excellent; the installers Bogdan and "T" were crazy hard focused workers who know what they doing; well disciplined and self starters. They stayed to complete the job in 12 hours. Great job on the 4 threhold installs especially since some of the floors to door planes are not perfectly level. Seeing these guys do their craft who wonder why anyone would ever want to install their own.

We contacted Happy Floors because our buyers' broker recommended them. They were available when we needed the work done. They could not find an exact match of the existing wood floor on the first floor, but they suggested a finer grade and we went with that. The carpet removal and wood floor installation was pretty straightforward and on schedule. There was an issue of a couple of nails showing on the floor after it was sealed, but the team hammered them below the wood surface, covered the tiny holes with wood filler, and resealed the area. The floor looks great.

We closed on our house in Hyannis Friday Oct.19, 2012. We wanted the floors done before the movers unloaded our furniture. A realtor recommended Happy Floors specifically Alex Cheglakov. He arrived at the house Friday the day of our closing. Alex together with Bogdan and Pavel started the floors the next day--Saturday. I stopped by Sunday unannounced. What I saw took my breath away! All 1400 square feet of flooring was sanded and varnished, like new. And we made even more work for these guys. At the last minute we decided on hardwood floors in the kitchen. They had to remove the stove, refrigerator and the old tile as well. They worked all night staying until 4am Sunday. The new floor in the kitchen matched seamlessly. Another coat was put down throughout the house a day or two later. These guys work hard. Give Alex, Bogdan and Pavel a chance you will not be disappointed. We want them to replace the linoleum with tile in our two bathrooms next.

The floor turned out beautifully.

They did a great job in refinishing the hardwood floors in my house, and they have very reasonable prices, and are friendly and prompt, and it was a good experience.

I have not had any work done by this company yet; the work is scheduled for June 6.
