My family contracted with Millennium Flooring to refinish 500 square feet of hardwood flooring after removal of old wall-to-wall carpet. Ken responded promptly to give an estimate, and his price was in line with other estimates. Ken scheduled the job on dates as requested. Ken and Jamal took up the old carpet. They filled in the nail holes and sanded. They used high quality products -- Zinsser Seal Coat (one coat) and Bona Poly (2 coats). They gave the oil-based finish adequate time to dry between coats although it cost them an extra day to wait for drying than anticipated. We paid in the contract for them to move the furniture and they did that carefully.

Ken was wonderful. Moved all big furniture into garage. Sanded floors, including extremely laborious removal of under -carpet mat that was glued to floor (no extra charge!), 3 coats of finish, all in 2 days. Returned promptly to replace furniture

Ken did such a fantastic job of refinishing our old hardwood floors last year that we hired him again to replace our linoleum kitchen floor with hardwood. It looks fantastic! His prices are very reasonable, he's reliable and the floors look amazing. He's great about cleaning up afterwards, too. Highly recommended!

After having a total kitchen Reno, I needed to have living room/kitchen floors refinished. I didnt know who to call, bcz I had heard horror stories. I saw all the good reviews about Millenium and decided to go with Ken after he explained process. So glad I did! I was very impressed with how Ken presented himself. The floors look gorgeous. Absolutely no dust from sanding, and floors done in 2 days! Will upload pic later. Anyway, I would definitely recommend Ken for hardwood floors. Hes not only professional, but kind and very patient, answering all my questions. Takes pride in work, and it shows! Definitely go with Millenium!

We had a time constraint and they were able to start quickly. They also worked over the weekend because we had to leave the house with children and animals so it didn’t disrupt our work and school week. Very professional, responsive and excellent work! They estimate was the price we paid.

Ken did a fantastic job on our very battered hardwood floors, making them look better than we could have imagined, and at a very reasonable price. He was prompt, professional, and flexible, and he made it as easy as possible for us. Friends had told us to prepare for everything in the house being covered with dust from the refinishing - no such thing! I don't know how Ken managed to keep the dust contained, but he did. He went above and beyond, including helping to move furniture, sanding and refinishing some extra woodwork at no extra charge, and even shoveled the driveway and front walk one morning when it snowed. He has my highest recommendation!

Our experience with Ken could not have been better in any way. He responded promptly to all my emails, arrived on time, started and finished the work within the time frame stated. He and his crew also moved our furniture out to a pod and back in place exactly right even though we were not there to direct. Best of all was the finished product. Our floors look beautiful. We love them and are only sorry that we did not do this sooner. We could not recommend Ken' business more highly.

We found Ken through Millennium Flooring in Hyannis. After explaining the situation he came by to access the job and after taking measurements, described his plan to provide us with the intended outcome, the day and a half that would require, and a very fair quote. Ken and his partner were punctual, respectful and worked together seamlessly to install our bamboo planks into a gorgeous floor that we cannot stop admiring. Our neighbors in the condo complex knew that the work was going on, and once the job was completed, we had visits from several of them - all of them astonished at how the beauty of this perfectly installed bamboo floor transformed our living space.
