Horrible, if you have nothing to do but wait for a plumber who does not show and calls with multiple excuses and lies for weeks then this is your plumber. I would never recommend them to anyone. It has been several weeks and again I am waiting for them, but no, here is another excuse. Very unprofessional and completely unreliable. Don’t waste your breath or time.
Description of Work: Needed toilets installed, as well as shower faucet and plumbing for outdoor shower.

Kevin was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained the problem, fixed the hot water, and was easy to work with. He’ll be the first call I make if I have plumbing or heating needs in the future.
Description of Work: Called Kevin for what I hoped would be a quick plumbing fix — and it was! Needed an adjustment in my showers and he knew exactly how to fix it, quickly, and without frustration.

This guy has almost caused a accident by cutting me off multiple times every week over the last 8 years he has no regard for people or property.and would not recommend him for lack of respect or personal property

Description of Work: Made a temporary repair to a leaky kitchen faucet which he told me will need to be replaced, removed an outdoor shower and replaced an outdoor faucet. Arrived promptly, was very efficient and the price was reasonable. Plan to call him when I get a chance to pick out a new faucet.

Had my gas heating shut off for too much CO parts per million- looked for plumber and saw Kevin McBride on Angies list -he was responsive on bidding and price was competitive compared to others -Kevin and his crew were professional- on time explained everything along the way- cleaned up after, worked hard and were very good throughout the process- absolutely will use again and recommend him to anyone- permits obtained and follow up inspections went smoothly and all rebate information was filled out by him and he explained entire process to me clearly. It was painless and quick.

Kevin does excellent work. He is very professional and punctual, I'm sure if you live on Cape at some point you may have experienced the laksidasical mindset and have had to wait for services to be performed. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and honest. My heating system is the original system instolled when the house was built in 1974, he could have easily told me I had to replace the system, but he didn't. As most remodeling projects they all go over budget, and because of this I did not want to replace the system. Kevin was able to repair it in record time, and for a reasonable price. For the second time using Kevin McBride plumbing I'm very pleased.

Kevin was amazingly responsive. I called him on a Monday, we met at the property on Wednesday and the job was done by the end of the week end. Kevin was replacing my previous plumber who retired; he had been doing my cottages for 30 years. If I had known better, I'd have gone with Kevin a long time ago. This was just a wonderful experience.
Description of Work: Kevin winterized 4 cottages for me in South Yarmouth for me. Winterization involves blowing all the water out of the system and the water heaters, putting anti freeze in all the traps and sealing up the system for the winter.

Description of Work: I contacted kevin mcbride plumbing and received quick service for a leaky shower in our new home. I was told a crew would be out the following Tuesday as I had the leak controlled and gave me a time range of 9-10. I was quoted a price range. The crew arrived promptly at 9, performed exceptional service and billed me at the low end of the quote I received. The crew was very informative and very easy going. Would highly recommend!

Description of Work: Kevin was recommended by an inspector who had seen several examples of his his boiler installation work but never met him. He removed a 27 year old hot water boiler and domestic water heater and replaced them with a high efficiency boiler and indirect water heater. As an engineer, I found the work of his men a thing of beauty, just to look at.I intend to keep using him for any plumbing needs and would recommend him to others without reservation.

I have found that he does good work. He was recommended to me by someone. He is easy to deal with.
