flooring contractor
+ -1 moreI thought it was a good price. He was very accommodating and been very reliable. This was the house we live only part of the year. We leave a key with them and he comes in and does work for us even when we were not in range and we were not checking him. He has done a wonderful job when we were away and everything was finished as we hoped. He has been very good in that way. I do not have a lot to compare it to. We have done other work too in the years past and it need to be much more expensive.
Description of Work: I used Dan Lovely Contractor to install a floor in the bathroom and replaced the ceramic titles. He also replaced the toilet. There was some leaking so he did some work underneath the floor. He also put some hardwood floors. We had some water dampness. He replaced some the floor and was kind of a messy job and his only charge for that was $1052.98 for repairing some floors of two rooms. They installed some paper barrier too.
