Description of Work: They built some steps to the salt water. I'm on the top of a bluff which is on a 45 degree angle, so steps have to be carved into the side of the bluff. They handled all the paper work with the conservation commission.

Description of Work: They installed a 140 ft. seawall 4 ft high. They did what they promised and responded quickly to any concerns we had. Their crews were knowledgeable and friendly and worked with us on some of the details which needed attention. There was a major surprise cost overrun which they told us about during the job but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that it was a potential issue. But they built a solid nice looking wall which should be in place for a long time.

Description of Work: I have used Cape Cod docks multiple times over the last few years. The quality of the work and understanding what needs to be done for Cape Cod waters is experience at it's best. Whether it is a full dock build out or yearly maintenance they do the job and do it well. Scheduling is always weather and tide dependent. So understand they do the best they can to accomplish the work in a timely manner. But mother nature can dirrupt a schedule. Be patient and understanding and thet will do a great job.
