I noticed water on the floor from my ice maker upon returning home from work and found my fridge stopped cooling. It was late, so I called Eugene at 8 AM on Friday morning. He returned my call within 1/2 hour and was at my home for a service call within 1 hour. He had to move the fridge from a very tight spot, which took great effort as it was too big for the space it was in. In a fairly short period of time, he determined that it was the compressor and would not be a cost effective repair. He took extra time to help me remove the ice maker hook up and turn the water off and the recommended a place I could go for a replacement. He could not have been nicer or more professional. I highly recommend this company. They gave solid and honest assessment of the problem and was very reasonably priced.

we called and he was there the same day!! quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me what was wrong (frost build up behind panel preventing circulation because automatic defrost not working). Very professional and knowledgeable. did not start with the most expensive solution(circuit board). Really liked his approach and attitude and would recommend him without any reservation. It is difficult to find someone to economically repair a refrigerator, he did a great job!!

This company could not accommodate my request for a washer repair due to a heavy summer work load on Cape Cod but recommended another company that was fairly new to the area and who was able to send a repair man who could come the same day and do the repair. I was impressed with the fact that they were willing to recommend a competitor! We are very pleased with the work that was done as well.

We contacted Tom early afternoon. He returned our call within an hour and told us he could come the next day and would call us that evening with an approximate time. He called that evening and said he would be there between 11:00 and 1:00. He showed up 11:10, diagnosed the problem immediately leaving us the burned out part. He was finished within an hour.
