I dreaded the mess and disruption all that sanding would cause, but Alex and his crew were wonderful, making the whole process as painless as possible. Because we have different species of pine from different eras, he applied a light stain to help them blend better, then the 3 coats of poly for a beautiful finish. We couldn't be happier with the results!

I cannot say enough good things about Alex Mysko and his crew. They did beautiful work for a very reasonable price. Alex answered all of my calls and texts promptly, He explained everything and answered all my questions before proceeding. The crew arrived promptly and cleaned up after themselves so that not a speck of dirt or mess was left. They have my highest recommendation.

Alex and his team did a marvelous job on the floors, including a new medallion we had inset into the floor. The floors went from old and shabby to new and gorgeous. The team also fixed a very bad previous floor repair and made it virtually invisible. See before and after photos and prepare to be amazed.

We contracted with Bella Floors to install hardwood floors in our existing Orleans, MA house. The original flooring was a combination of linoleum and carpet. When we called, Alex responded immediately and set up a visit for the next day. When he arrived, he walked us through the options and the process very thoroughly, taking time to answer all of our questions. Our installation was complicated by the fact that a particle board subfloor had to be removed prior to the installation of the hardwood. Alex gave us a detailed estimate which was competitive, and was able to work with our schedule to install the floor while we were out of town. He helped us located the specific hardwood that we were interested in, and arranged for delivery to our house just prior to the installation date. When we returned, we were very impressed with the result. The installation workmanship was excellent (including the fitting around the existing baseboard heat), and his sanding / finish work was top-notch. I highly recommend Alex and Bella Floors.

We were thrilled with Alex. He responded immediately to calls, he arrived at the agreed upon time, and my very small job of sanding, staining and finishing two laundry/utility room stairs was completed promptly in just two visits. I was afraid to bother him with such a small job but he had no problem with it all. Very pleasant and professional. We highly recommend Bella Floors.

Wow - Bella Floors was AWESOME! They did a BEAUTIFUL job on refinishing our hardwood floors that were worn and scuffed/scratched up. They look BRAND NEW! We love it. Alex and his team worked hard to get it done in the time we needed it done. Luckily we had no furniture in the house yet. I don't know if we'd do this w/furniture in the house, as everything would have to be removed for at least a week?....They did a great job cleaning up - as the dust was everywhere....But the only thing we did have to do was mop the walls, as the dust was all over them as well. Again, beautiful, quality job on the floors - at a reasonable price. Thanks Bella Floors ! We would use you again, and refer you to others for sure.

Hat's off to Alex and his crew for professionalism and craftsmanship. The first winter following installation, some boards began to separate. By the following winter, the issue only got worse--spaces were gaping in various areas. I called a few wood floor specialists--but none seemed willing or able to do the job. I nearly resigned myself that the entire floor needed to be replaced. But Alex took it on--and it wasn't the easiest job. Wood and stains had to be matched, a time-consuming process. Yet the real task and talent involved planning, cutting and refitting boards, while also installing a special molding. The results speak for themselves. Nicely done.

We hired Alex and Bella Floors to install hardwood floors throughout our downstairs of our house. His team did a wonderful job and we can't recommend them enough! They were professional, friendly, showed up on time every morning, patient with us throughout the process when questions arose, and kept us informed throughout the 4 day project. They removed the existing carpet and old hardwoods, removed the baseboards, installed the new floor and reinstalled the baseboards. They were also careful to keep the site clean each night and hung plastic to avoid dust spreading in the house. The install and attention to detail was A+++!! They are true masters of their craft. We can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again.

Alex responded to me right away. He went to the house and contacted me with the price (this is a rental property). He went and did the work exactly when he said he would and the job came out absolutely beautiful.

He did a wonderful job. He replaced several treads and refinished the rest. He made an excellent color match with the oak laminate in the den even though the treads were pine.

This was the second job we hired Alex Mysko to complete. In both instances, we were extremely pleased with his work. For this job he ripped up damaged pine flooring and he and his crew installed the new flooring, sanded, stained and finished it. They worked long hours as we had a limited time frame to get the job done as we he to move out of the house. He was incredibly patient and helpful assistng in the selection of the wood and the stain. His work , both in this job, and the installation and finishing of wood floors 2 years ago, was outstanding. Alex is incredibly conscientious, hard working and attentive. He was immediately responsive to any concerns or questions that I had throughout the process. Overall it was an excellent experience dealing with Alex and his crew and his work is exceptional. I highly recommend him.
