The initial guy that came to my house was terrific. He was efficient and explained everything explicitly. I made the mistake of not babysitting the final move after they had 90% of my things in storage but the office manager Robin was reprehensible. Although we had gone over everything to be moved they left behind my grandparent's crystal candles which are not only worth a lot of money but are of great sentimental value to me. Not only did Robin not respond to my initial emails regarding them, I had to find out from a friend that they had left them behind. She informed me, and in a terrible rude manner that I had to get them myself. Really Robin? Really? I would never speak with her ever again and would never ever recommend her . Her customer service and comments were outrageous and inappropriate. Worst customer service ever.

They were excellent all the way from the office, packing, loading and to the delivery. It was a good price and it ended up being under their original estimate. Everything was delivered in good condition. They were on time to pack and load as well as with the delivery.

They were terrific; they were just awesome. We recommend them to anyone we talk to. They were great people. They were really thorough and they did a great job packing. They did everything they said they were going to do.

They are excellent, offer lower costs, do exactly what they say they will do, give free boxes, show up on time, and do no damage. They are excellent great, and really good. They are friendly, helpful, and a good experience. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went great. They were simply outstanding. I have used several moving companies and they were the best by far. They were on time and prompt. They delivered exactly what they promised. I would use this company again.

They were really terrific! I live on a dirt road, and they weren’t able to get their truck down my street. Therefore, they had to carry all items down the road to their truck, and they did all of this with cheerful attitudes. I was very impressed.
