Berkshire Rooter arrived less than an hour after I called them and had the whole thing fixed within an hour of their arrival. Price was reasonable. Would definitely hire again.

Great service and follow through! While they were diagnosing and fixing the drain problem I called them there for, they asked questions about other drains. They proceeded to check three of them and found issues with two and fixed them on the spot. At one point Rick and an employee ran out for a part and came right back. All in all the job took 90 minutes and 3 problems were fixed. Rick was professional and responsive and talked me through each phase of each fix so that I learned what was going on. I rarely write reviews, but I appreciated this service call enough to write one.

Rick and his crew are the types of guys you wish all contractors were like. Knowledgable, honest, affordable, fast, & clean. What more can I say?

On a Friday afternoon,we had sewage in our bathtub. We called around and he responded before anyone else. He dug a hole by hand and spent 3 hrs. estimating by putting a camera down the pipe. The next day he came back with a small backhoe and an assistant, and dug up the yard some more and repaired our pipes. Although the work was more difficult than he previously thought, he stuck to the quote and they worked all day Saturday.
