The service was prompt, the technician was competent and personable, but a $115 bill for a half hour adjustment/ repair call seemed excessive.

They could not open the lock but still wanted to be paid in full I would not recommend them in anyway.

Sorry but I did not contact them, you had them contact me. Job still not done. I would not recommend them to anyone. I am disappointed on home advisor. I thought I needed to replace the entire lock, but Steve (your employee), said it didn't need replacing, just cleaning and adjusting! He also made me 3 new keys. Everything he did was very thorough and professional.

I requested the service through HomeAdvisor on Sunday and Monday morning I had a call from the company. A couple of hours later, their technician was on site and performed the job. He walked me through what he was going to do and then off he went. Quiet, courteous and done in less than 2 hours for re-keying the whole house. No frills, no additional sales tactics, just got the job done that I wanted. I would recommend their service to anyone looking for a locksmith.
