Steve's responded promptly to a request for an estimate to replace our forty year old boiler which was beginning to be unreliable. Their price was very reasonable and we decided to proceed. Aaron, the technician, was reliable and prompt, arriving as scheduled and finishing the job within the day. There were some challenges due to the location of the previous boiler (in a closet, basically) - but Aaron worked his magic. The heat has been consistent, accurate and, most importantly, QUIET since the installation. We are more than happy and would use Steve's again in a heartbeat!

I called Steve with a problem with our tankless oil burner. We were not getting enough hot water. He answered the phone immediately and made an appointment for a few days later. I had had other estimates for installing a new indirect water heater which was supposed to be more efficient. All were Very expensive. When Steve looked at our set-up, he explained that we would probably not recoup the expense of an indirect system. He said that he could replace the bad coil in our boiler, which he did. He saved us at least several thousand dollars, plus we have plentiful hot water again. Steve is very responsive, easy to reach via phone. I am very impressed with Steve's Plumbing and would definitely call them again. He is honest, professional, and he does excellent work.

It went great! We had one guy come in who told us we'd basically have to re-do our whole bathroom to fix the problem, and Steve came in and provided a simple, cheap solution.

I had a leak and they came and repaired it. He said he would call to after Christmas to install a toilet and he never did or send me a bill. He did the job pretty fast.

They replaced all the pipes in the house in a few days with only about a weeks notice. This was good considering it is the middle of the winter because they do heating as well. Any small problems I found, they came back and fixed them.

Wonderful! The owner researched and found that the part needed for the kitchen faucet was guaranteed, so a free replacement part was ordered. Maintenance service went very well. Representative explained the problem and made the repairs on site. Service was complete and professional.

The initial problem was that the tenants heating was inconsistent room to room and the heating cost was too high. We had previously contacted a company in Chicopee but he suggested replacing the boiler fins at a cost of $3000 when we had just had the boilers for every unit assessed as old but fine. He was able to implement this simple fix that solved the problem and gave us trust in his company.

Great expericence, Informed me that his guys would be there around 2 and they were there just shortly after, took them less than two hours and the main water was back on in the house. Friendly, informative, courtious staff!!!! Would recommend Steve's Plumbing and Heating, and already have given his name to a couple of friends who were looking for a plumber!!!!

Did a great job. Showed up when promised. Gave us a great referral to have oil tank removed. Plus was the only one out of multiple plumbers called that was able to repair an old cast iron radiator.

I have had Steve replace the heating systems on my home and my rental property a few years ago. Last winter my heat did not come on. I called Steve. He was too busy to come and take a look but talked me through checking to see if the thermostat was the problem. We were able to bypass the thermostat and provide heat temporarly. I then went and bought a new one and installed it. Steve was very helpful and and called me back to see if the temp fix worked. Thanks

Returned my initial call promptly and scheduled the appointment. Arrived exactly when he said he would, noted that a new part was needed and told me it would probably be available the next day. Received a call the next morning and Steve said he had the part and could be over in 15 minutes if I was available. Again he arrived on time and quickly made the repair. Excellent customer service! For any future plumbing needs my first call will be to Steve. He returns calls promptly and arrives when he says he will and performs top notch work.

SO I call the gentleman and he says: I cant fit you in. I say, " Could you fit me in sometime in the next year" He said there is three jobs ahead of you. So The guy said I Totally unprofessional. I asked him to come and take a look at the steam heater and he tells me he cant fit me in because he has three jobs ahead of me. I say, " Could you fit me in sometime in the next year" He Says yes. So the conversation proceeds. I asked to schedule an appointment. He says I dont do appointments. Wowwwwwwwww. So the conversation ends. This guy, this company is a joke. Very crude.

His prices were competitive to other providers I talked to. He was very knowledgeable and straight forward. I did not end up going through him for the hot water heater instead went with the gas company but would use him in any future plumbing needs I have.

The person showed up on time time and repaired and replaced faucets and shut offs where needed. He had the parts to repair a toilet, too. I had started a list for the next visit.
