He came over and did a great job. Everybody loved it. They like the white because I lived in a condo and I don't have a lot of light; from the sliding glass door I do but from the rest of that area I don't. He was a nice man; he thought it wasn't enough for him to do or his staff but he got somebody to do for $50. That was very nice of him. If I have something else which I am thinking about to have done I will call him but hopefully it would be enough for him to do. He went out of his way to get help for me.

Very well except he no longer provides the service I requested.

The work was completed quickly and the kitchen worksite was left clean. Mr. Miller was very nice, returned calls in a timely manner. A great job.

I found Richard's contact info on the web. I contacted him on a Sunday and he got back to me the very same day. I was able to schedule him to come over to do a quote and measure the very next day, (Monday). He arrived at the scheduled time and I was very pleased with his rates and his professionalism.

Everything went smoothly, on schedule and the workmanship is great.

We were happy with his service and his prices were reasonable.

I thought the job went quite well. The paneling job was tedious as many cuts had to be made but came out exceedingly well. In total he spend 2 full days here and was quite friendly. They came when they said they would, had all the supplies they needed when they came so there were no extra trips needed. we were quite pleased overall with their work.

They were very competent. I would work with them again in the future.

We found them on Angie’s List. The guy did a really good job. The price was about $45000 between the two bathrooms. We had a special bathtub put in one of the bathrooms which has a door; so you can walk in since my wife has problems with her leg. There is a built-in seat and everything. In one of the bathrooms, one of the walls went into the bedroom and I had a closet. We had them move a washer and dryer from the basement about two floors up. They made that closet have an area where we could have our washer and dryer because we get tired going down with the clothes all the time. So, they did all that and connected the plumbing as well as electricity for that also. We looked at 3 or 4 estimates and we didn’t go completely by the cheapest, but they were certainly more reasonable than 2 or 3 other estimates. The quality of their work was excellent. Their responsiveness was very good. We had our kitchen renovated a couple of years ago and it was like night and day working with them. The guy that runs the company came out. We talked with him and he was very nice. He has a lot of different people who work with him like electricians and plumbers. Bill Collins is the carpenter and he was here almost all the time. He was really good and excellent. I really liked him. Every time he used to leave, he used to say that he didn’t clean up and tried to do his best. The other one didn’t put plastic up and there was dust everywhere. We had another guy before who used to come just for 3 or 4 days, but Bill Collins was incredible. He used to always call and let me know when he was coming. He would be on time when he came. There was a certain cabinet that we wanted to keep in our bathrooms. We have been in this house since 1975. So, Bill took it outside and completely sanded it down. It looks brand new and beautiful now. So, that’s the other thing that impressed me. Richard Miller owns and runs Case Handyman & Remodeling. He is really good too. I really like him. We went with him to Springfield. He met us and we picked out different fixtures, toilet commode, bathroom sinks and all that kind of stuff. He was here a number of times. So, both Bill and Richard were really excellent. I would definitely use their services in the future too. We interviewed 3 or 4 different companies and Case Handyman was by far the best. We were more than satisfied when it was set and done. So, we felt that we had chosen wisely. It was an excellent experience.

Bill called a showed up soon after. fixed the problem. price was a little steep because of the slant of our roof and the difficulty in reaching the spot. It was quite s task to reach the area safely. all went well. Very nice gentleman and would call him again

The job went extremely well from start to finish. I would highly recommend Case Handyman Services.

I called Case Handyman on Monday October 31st after a rare October snowstorm damaged my rental property in West Springfield. I left a detailed message and a phone number for the return call. My phone call was never returned. I hired another handyman. The project is complete and I have not received a callback from Case Handyman Based on Case's overall Angie's List score and the fact that West Springfield was hit very hard by the storm, I would consider calling Case again in the future. ------------------------------------------- Update: Case Handyman returned my phone call 4 days later. He was professional and straightforward.

CASE did another wonderful job for us. They really helped us understand the different options, costs, and pros and cons of each for damage caused by ice dams. The work they do is always excellent. The cost was comparable or lower then other companies, and they look a good look at everything before making an estimate ( one of the other companies didn't want to go into the attic, and/or roof to fully assess what needed to be done ). They took the time to educate us as to what our options were, and the work they ended up doing for us was excellent. I may be off on how much we spent as it was a couple months ago and broken into two jobs, but whatever it was, it was worth it. We will definitely keep using CASE.

We have had Bill Collins come several times from Case. He is terrific to work with. He listens to what you want , offers ideas when appropriate and does the job efficiently and with a smile. We soon will start a new list for when we have him come back in the fall to remove the air conditioners.

On time, professional, and willing and able to explain the entire process.

He has done a couple of projects for me. He installed a door for me and fixed a leaky window as well. The last time I used him, I spent $200. He rehung a door, which involved taking apart the entire door frame. He hung it the opposite way. The work was done really well. He was very clear about explaining what he was doing. He told me how much time the work would take. He is not cheap, but he definitely does it right. I certainly intend to call him in the future for other works. He is expensive, but he is worth it.

Bill did all the work himself; he was easy to have around and did a fabulous job. Unfortunately there were some major delays in getting the project started and then getting it finished. The delays were caused by manufacturer errors. I signed the contract w/ CASE in late March, the work was done in early May, and then I had to wait until early August to get the defective countertop replaced. Bill made sure the bathroom was fully functional throughout the process, so that was not an issue.

He must have left a gap because I found a mouse. I put another trap down there and the wind blew that out as well. I left it for him to see. He had previously said he may be able to spray another product and close the gap. Then he came unannounced and stated there was nothing he could do.

They were very nice about it, but I have not used them. I would say they are probably one of the better companies. I see their signs out at homes locally. The people that I have dealt with have been very nice. The only reason I didn't go with them was because I needed a total overhaul in the bathroom, but among other things I wanted the tiling to go to the ceiling and they didn't have any contractors they worked with that would do that. They only had a surround that would go so many feet high. They said they were going to investigate this further because they had lost some other jobs. They were very punctual because they said they would be here and they were.

I had gotten an estimate from another company and they wanted a lot of money so I tried Case. When I called Case, they made it sound like they could do it the same day. When they came, they said they would have to schedule it and the scheduling was far in advance from that date and I didn't want to wait, so I never followed through with that. I ended up using an insulation company that did it for a price that was significantly less. The guy from Case told me what they would charge and I assumed they would email me a quote, but they never did. They did come on time for the quote, but I thought they were average. I would probably not use them in the future.

He came on time but his quote was very high.

They gave us an informal quote. They have been out once and I've spoken to them a couple of times on the phone. The quote was reasonable. They were professional and prompt.

Eric made one trip just to repair the roof from the rain while the owner did an estimate to fully repair the roof. Once I approved the estimate, a date was scheduled. Eric worked long days and finished a day ahead of schedule. When I came home, he explained what he did. I trust him.
