Excellent! They came right on time and also called ahead to let me know they were on their way. Very professional and efficient and very careful of property and items being moved. Sean, David (Red) and David C were very professional and respectful of property!

Angel's crew did a wonderful job. They worked hard and were very courteous.

The move went very smoothly. Tyler, Brian and Corey worked well as a team. They were all courteous and professional. They were pleasant to work with as the worked progresses.

The crew of Nick, Zack and Conor was so helpful and did absolutely everything we needed. They took great care with our fragile items and wrapped up our furniture nicely. They were efficient and placed everything neatly where it belonged, allowing us to unpack our new house in just two days!

Overall a really great experience. Tyler L and Jay S were a great team; everything was wrapped securely and moved with care. They worked very quickly, but I always felt everything was well taken care of. They were also very patient and helpful with dealing with parking in the city. Everything arrived safe and sound.

Excellent the crew was professional, courteous, and engaging. They went over and above making sure items were wrapped and secure. This is the second time I used this company. The other option was renting a uhaul and doing it myself. Their price was so reasonable, using fresh start was a better and easier option. I will be using them again. Zach, Craig, Nic, and Connor were amazing young men. They worked hard the entire day, always with their masks on, handling our furniture more carefully than we do! They were courteous, strong and helpful. Most enjoyable move we have ever had.

Amazing! These guys were top notch, professional, punctual, personable, and above all, very very careful with all of our items! They wrapped everything with blankets and plastic wrap. There was no damage to any of our items or to any walls in either home. Plus, we moved during two of the hottest days of the year (100 degrees!) and they never complained once. I very highly recommend and would absolutely hire them again in a second. Thank you Fresh Start, you guys rock! My family (and my back) can’t thank you enough.

Our move with Fresh Start could not possibly have been a more positive experience! From the very first contact with their office, they were incredibly professional and responsive. The quotation process was simple and the quote was straightforward and easy to understand. The two gentleman who helped us with the move, Ray and John, were also incredible. They were extremely professional and unbelievably efficient in their work. They took great care of our belongings and installed everything where we wanted it in our new home. They even moved a couple of items around for us. We really cannot recommend Fresh Start highly enough and would expect you to be very satisfied if you contact them!

These fine young men were extremely professional, cordial, taking great pride in their work. Can't believe how quickly and professionally they packed a 15' truck, We traveled over two hours and not one item moved or was broken. I can't recommend this company enough. We have remaining items to be moved into storage and will definitely hire them again. James, the owner took time out of his busy schedule to visit our house and prepare an estimate of cost for 2nd move. He's a fine professional, very courteous and helpfufl. Lots of boxes but not everything packed ( lamps etc. )!bed had to be taken apart was nervous about what movers might have to do as we were restricted due to Covid . FRESH START MOVERS were great . They put us at ease and handled everything ! They wore masks and were polite and courteous....excellent !

These guys were great. Don't hesitate to hire them and also believe the positive reviews. It also seems like the boss is really nice to the employees, which matters to me. The crew leader, Will, was very professional and checked in often. His teammates, Moses and David were also very professional. They were all very polite, and very fast. It's a very good deal for moving. Best so far (I have moved about 5 times with movers) and also the lowest price.

We hired Fresh Start - The Moving Crew for a move from 3 different locations in Massachusetts to Providence, Rhode Island, in the middle of the Coronavirus pandemic. Our crew -- David V, Jay S, DD Demonte, Mike, and Andie W -- were hard-working, careful, professional, diligent, helpful beyond the requirements of the move, and just plain pleasant nice people. Boxes of books, clothes, tools from storage, office furniture, and house furniture including my great-grandmothers china cabinet all arrived safely. Because of the pandemic, Fresh Start had to estimate cost without a walk through: we stayed right on budget. Thank you Fresh Start!

The team was great. Will was the crew leader and was professional and super friendly. The team worked quick and efficiently. The team was super professional and more importantly, careful with all of our stuff. I can't stress how great these guys were/are. They did all the work with a positive attitude and they worked hard!

Recently my partner and I moved from Arlington, MA to Pelham, MA. We got bids from 5 different movers, including Fresh Start. Although FS was among the least expensive quotes, they weren't the very cheapest, but we went with them anyway, and we are so glad we did. Everyone we worked with at FS was wonderful; not just professional, but kind and thoughtful. It started with a virtual walkthrough with Jamie, the owner. While talking, he mentioned how pleased he was that, during that week, he was able to keep 30 people employed - in other words he seemed like a genuinely decent human being. At the end he said "I hope you have a great move, whoever you go with," and seemed to really mean it. After that we worked with Kristen, a move coordinator. She was also helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and helped us figure out a schedule, what, if any, extra insurance might be good, and all the other details. She was a constant cheerful presence, and also expressed great admiration for Jamie as a boss and as a person. Finally the day came and the 5-person crew arrived, Rainell, John, Jeremiah, Demonte and Cameron. Again to a person they were hard-working, friendly, skilled, and professional. At one point I was chatting with Rai, and he said "I tell people, don't judge someone by his size - show me his heart and I'll tell you who will get the job done." Well this team had heart. They got our place moved with hardly any trouble at all - including when it came time to to hoist my sofa over a freshly painted second floor balcony. Not a scratch on either the balcony or the sofa They were amazing. At one point I said to Cameron, the youngest member, that it seemed like a good crew to work on. He said, yeah, not only were they great to work with, but they actually took the time to explain to you how things were done so you could become more skilled. And another example: I ordered pizza for everyone - seemed the least I could do - and they even made a point to knock that half an hour off the bill. Rai and John managed the crew perfectly, Rai in the truck and John in the house. And Demonte and Jeremiah, though neither were what you would call big guys, by the end I was half ready to see if they could pick up the truck and carry it. And I wouldn't have been surprised if they did That's heart - all of it. Everyone knows moving house is dreadful, and frankly I hope never to do it again. But if I did, this is the exact crew I would want to work with. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

We used this company twice, moving from 4 bedroom house to storage and apartment and second time moving to a new house. Logistic was not easy but movers were very well organized and executed move like they know what they are doing. We would not be moved without them, period! The crew came in time and worked hard to carefully fit all our stuff in the truck. Everything was wrapped, nothing is broken. Recommend anytime!
