It went very smoothly. No complaints!
Description of Work: Ian and his partner did a great job moving a very heavy sleeper sofa from Amherst to Westfield for a very reasonable price. They were prompt and took extra care not to damage the furniture. They were extremely reasonable.

Ian and his crew showed up when they said they would and worked very hard to move these items. The piano is extremely heavy and ended up in the garage at my new house because it broke the dolly they were using and they didn't have the man power at first to get it up the front steps (10 of them). The person who met them (I was at work) paid them at the end of the day and I really thought I would never see them again and my piano would be in the garage forever. I was happily surprised that Ian continued to answer my phone calls and came back a few days later with enough men to haul the piano up the stairs and into the house. I paid more than Ian had quoted me, not because he asked but because the work they did was worth it. I am extremely happy and will hire them again in the future.
Description of Work: They moved my piano and my chicken coop--both large and heavy items.
