+ -1 moreThe initial installation was done in 2007 in one day and has worked exactly as advertised. The only think I have done since them is every few years replace the backup battery. I have just called the company and they would send someone out to do that. Keith their repair technician who comes to our home is friendly and very courtesy and extremely knowledgeable. He will take the time to explain how things work and answer your questions. This year I had a big problem as I installed a motion detector in my canvas garage. It was being set off by small pests getting inside my canvas garage. Long story short the owner himself came to my property day after day for about a week until he was able to come up with a solution to stop the false alarms caused by the pest running inside my canvas garage. Not only did he stop the false alarms from being trigger he also was able to come up with a solution that dint increase my bill due to having to install extra motion detectors
Description of Work: I had an alarm system installed I in my home by First choice Security in 2007. In 2013 I upgraded my system by adding c02 and smoke detectors to my alarm system which are also monitor and will dispatch Fire Department. April of this year I added security cameras around my home and property and motion detectors in my 18ft x 30 ft canvas garage. st installed 2 network video recorders and 16 cameras on my property. also install motion detectors in my 18'x30' canvas garage.

+ 0 morethe first two times coming to our home, mistakes were made. the manager himself came to fix the problems and offered us free fire alarm for our trouble. we never received a call about it. i wrote to the manager and received no response. we never did receive the fire alarm. two of my neighbors should have received fifty dollars for referring each other and us but they also never received the money. so far the alarm is working properly . i would not recommend the company due to poor salesmanship and response from the manager.
