Armand Cote was excellent. I received several quotes from companies that installed "prefab" railings that would not fit my odd-sized outdoor steps. Why do that when for the same price you can get custom-made railings specifically to fit your needs? I even went to his shop where the railings are manufactured and wanted to support a skilled, local business.

Perfect. Armand does all the measuring, estimating, fabricating and installing himself. He showed up promptly and on time for the measuring and estimate on a Saturday (very convenient). He projected that he could have the job complete before the end of the following week. And right on time he called on the next Friday morning to let me know he was doing the install on that day. Because all of the work was outdoors, nobody needed to be home and he took my credit card over the telephone. When I arrived home Friday evening, I had beautiful new metal railings with no inconvenience for me. They look great. And my wife who is partially disabled is very happy with them as they give her more confidence on the front and side steps. I don't think that Armand is the cheapest service available, but he is certainly the quickest and easiest to work with. And the quality of the product and installation is first-class.

Owner came out and personally measured. Work was done in shop. Received a call as to when installation was taking place. The two young men who installed were prompt, friendly, and courteous. Finished work was excellent and professionally installed.

The product was excellent. It was a little expensive. But, they are custom so maybe that's a proper price for it.

Railings look great. Would definitely recommend them.

Found the business online. Called and spoke to Armand Cote. He suggested I come to his place of business to see what styles and types of railings he could make. I visited the showroom and Armand was very helpful with answering questions and giving advice about what would be best. I wanted railings that looked like black wrought iron but I didn't want them to rust like wrought iron (that I had previously). I told him I was interested in aluminum since it requires less upkeep. I picked out the style I wanted. Armand came to my house to measure for the railings and then the shop made them. They were already painted when the two men came to install them. Armand had told me that he doesn't like to attach the railings to the house siding because they're less stable that way. The railings were installed in my concrete steps with 4 large bolts per rail, 2 on the top step and 2 on the buttom step. They look great! Armand and the two men who installed the railings did an excellent job. The whole process went very smoothly from the first call to the finished product to the installation.
