Provider came out and gave me a free quote. They helped us plan our design and were able to complete the job in two days. The backsplash came out beautiful. I would highly recommend them!

. Upon arriving at the showroom, we were greeted by one of the sales representatives. We had a piece of the granite that we were having installed and the representative helped us by making suggestions for the size of tile (based on the size and shape of our bathroom) and the color which would coordinate with the granite. We were able to take several samples home to try them out at home in our light and this made a big difference in making our decision. We chose the tile and the rep. helped us to choose a grout that would blend. She also helped us decide which color paint would go best on the walls (according to the paint chips that we had with us). We were very pleased with the variety of tiles in the showroom and with the help we received in making our decision.

We had a contractor purchase the tiles from them and do the job himself. It was less expensive that way.

First I went to Cortina Tile and talked with their sales person, Julie. She was extremely helpful in giving me ideas and showing me the different options I had. She was excellent. I decided on the tile and set up appointments for the removal and installation of the tile. I had three appointments. The first was on a Thursday to take out the tile. On Monday they came and installed the drywall and new tile. Then on Tuesday they came out to do the grote. I had to leave Friday open for the electrician to do the under cabinet lighting. Everything went perfectly with Cortina Tile and it looks beautiful. They came and did everything right on time. I definitely will work with them again.

The installers measured and offered a choice of tile layouts. They put down drop clothes where needed. They worked cooperatively with my plumber and assisted in removing one of two toilets. Since bothe bathrooms were being done, they scheduled the work so that I would not be without a working toilet. They cleaned up after working and replaced doors. Some minor clean up on walls was needed on my part following the job. Installers were courteous and answered all of my questions.

Cortina started and finished on time. The work was first rate. The quality of the tile that we picked out-with the help from Cortina was really nice. The on-site tile installer demonstrated good old fashioned craftsmanship. What else could we hope for?

My contractor sent me to Cortina Tile because he has a 10% discount with them that he passes on to the home owner. When we arrived and asked for help with backsplash design we were immediately greeted and helped by Bev. We sat with her twice and had three phone calls for tweaking the design. She is creative, energetic, and immediately starts to sketch her ideas so there is no question about what she is describing. She is a wizard with color and design and is willing to give full instructions to the tile layer so that our creation comes out as planned. Our tile is now on order and we are awaiting the install through the contractor. In hind site we would have had the work done through Cortina Tile too!

We worked with Julie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only negative aspect was that we provided her with the allowance from the contractor and we still ended up over budget. She did not factor installation cost into the overall price for the material.

The sales guy was very helpful in steering us toward a product that matched our desires and looked great with our granite and cabinets for a backsplash tile. However, we were told to order WAY more tile than we needed and what we actually received wasn't the exact hue we ordered (we got the 'pearl' and wanted the 'sandstone' or something like that). However, the tile looks great...and having an extra box or two of it isn't the end of the world.

Purchasted tile at their store,recieved estimateand work was done when scheduled. superb tile job.

Our contractor recommended them and they were great from start to finish. They new our contractors preferences and guided us through the selection process.

They know what they are doing. I have confidence in them. They recognized a situation that no one else did. Their pricing was all laid out step by step. They arrived on time. It's a family owned and run business.
