+ -1 moreWe used Chris and his crew from Clean & Green to haul away a bunch of old stuff from our basement. They were prompt, friendly, efficient, and very customer-focused. We had some cabinets that we didn't know were actually attached to the wall, and Chris's team were not phased and expertly removed them and hauled them away. They are very focused on recycling what they take away.

Description of Work: Chris was great to deal with. I went with them because they also donate items as well as dispose of the "junk". These guys were coming from Massachusetts and I was thrilled that they agreed to come to New Britain, CT to do the job. You will get an estimate before they start the work. We needed them to come back multiple times - the home we were selling was close to being a hoarder situation. They had to dispose of 16 tires which were in and around the home and a packed basement and attic. We also paid them to take down a shed which was welded together. It was a very tough job but they did it for us. We never could have cleaned this house and yard out without them. Because of their hard work, the house was put up for sale and sold quickly. They are very hard workers and earned every penny we paid them. They are not the types to stop very often for breaks. We would not hesitate to use them again if we needed to. I recommend Chris and his crew very highly to anyone who needs a junk removal company.

Description of Work: Chris and his crew did a spectacular job for us at my Church. We had accumulated all sorts of junk over the years that was spread out in four different buildings. They arrived on time, removed the junk in a very timely manner, cleaned up the spaces afterwards, and charged a very fair price. Chris and the crew were professional and extremely pleasant and accommodating. We highly recommend Clean & Green Junk Removal!

+ -1 moreI sent him a message through Angies List. He responded immediately, quoted the cost of the junk removal, and explained his service. We agreed on the price and on a date. He confirmed via email as to the date and time, called about 10 minutes before he came, and arrived on time. His equipment looks brand new, well taken care of. He immediately picked up the grill, I paid him, and off he went. I am highly pleased with his service and will call him again.
Description of Work: Clean and Green removed a badly damaged steel kamodo charcoal grill.

+ -1 moreI've dealt with a lot of companies in the last 45 years. I must say Chris and Sam are two of the most hardworking, polite, friendly, respectful guys I've ever dealt with. Chris was prompt to return my online inquiry for service. We booked a convenient day and time giving me a 90-minute window of when they'd arrive! When was the last time you had a service vendor do that? I didn't have to sit around half a day waiting for someone to be late. Although they arrived a little late, I really appreciated the fact that they called me twice to keep me updated on their status. They called me a third time when they were 20 minutes away. Chris gave me a quick, on-the-spot quote that was exactly what he told me over the phone as an estimate. No surprises! When they finished hauling all my junk out of the basement to their truck, Sam swept my basement and then my driveway! They were in and out within 60 minutes.
