 + -1 moreMarc is a magician! Our floors looked newly laid when he was finished. He was even excited about how nicely they came out. He got out 100% of water damage, razor cuts, etc. He was accommodating to our amateur remodeling delays and pushed the job back a couple days. He was done in three days (right on schedule). He was professional and courteous. He exceeded all expectations.
Description of Work: Marc refinished 1400 sq/ft of red oak floors in our newly purchased home. The floors had never been refinished since the house was built (1962). He did 3 rounds of sanding and 3 coats of poly.

 + -1 moreMarc does great work. He was professional, punctual, and performed the work himself(with a co-worker). Provided immediate estimate(using laser, digital measuring tool), explained what the previous contractor had done wrong, and answered my questions. Promised he could fix about 90% of the damage, and he did at least that. Started the job the next day, and finished on the following day(3 visits overall). In and out with no mess or collateral damage. Paid attention to detail closet floors looked as good as main floors). Floors looked beautiful when he was done.
Description of Work: Hired to refinish hardwood floors in 3 small upstairs rooms and a hallway. Hired to repair and complete the poor the job started by previous contractors(gouges, etc.).
