I HAVE BEEN USING AR ZUKOWSKI FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW. I HAD NEW KITCHEN FAUCETS, GARBAGE DISPOSAL, HOT WATER HEATER AND TODAY 7/19/2022 A NEW TOILET INSTALLED. JEFF HAS ALWAYS DONE A SUPERB JOB AND I ESPECIALLY WANT TO PRAISE HIM FOR BEING SUCH AN ASSET TO THIS COMPANY FOR 21 YEARS STARTING AT A VERY YOUNG AGE. NOT ONLY IS HE A GREAT WORKER AND VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT ALSO VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO HIS PROFESSION. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY AS WELL AS OFFICE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS SHOWN VERY COURTEOUS MANNERISMS IN ALL MY COMMUNICATIONS WITH THEM. I had a water leak in my ceiling ( where I have radiant hot water pipes) Jeff was thorough, careful, and took the time to problem solve. I tried calling other plumbers and they would not even come to diagnosis the problem. The problem was finally diagnosed to a cracked condensing pipe from the air condition system that had been previously deemed okay. Piped fixed and leak taken care of....Thank you AR Zukowski for not just brushing me off.

If you like over paying, then call them. Had them replacing a steam valve and the pipe costed me an arm and a leg. Would have done it myself but I had no time. Next time, I will make the time.

I received several recommendations from Homeadvisor and he was the first to answer on a Sunday which I was impressed. Secondly, he arrived promptly and thirdly, he did an excellent assessment of the problem. Fourth, he tried everything before going to the most expensive option and he accomplished this all within 1 hour.

They called twice..once to introduce themselves and 3 hours later to say tech was on the way. Tech knew exactly what to do, had the correct parts with him, did the job and was done in about and hour. Very pleasant, and would definitely hire again.

He returned my call first thing the next morning and he was here by 200pm. I had him install an outside faucet on the back of the house. He needed to add new piping in the basementin order to support that. It took him about an hour. Very friendly, very professional and he did a great job.

I received misinformation about the inspection and the billing. The inspection should have been setup by the company not me. I made a phone call and a trip that was not necessary. I was also going to be billed twice for this service instead of once. I was told I had to pay them and pay the city which is incorrect.
