Allied Pest Control

Our buyers had their inspection done last week at our condo. Their realtor and the buyer were with the inspector the whole time while the 2 employees at Allied were doing their inspection alone. Later that night when my wife and I return home my wife realized that all of her prescription pills were stolen (almost 3 full bottles worth). The employee was a man named George and was working with a younger man. To anyone or realtor looking to get inspections I'd think twice about hiring these guys.

They did great at first...but when I made an appointment with them for 12 noon on June 29, 2016 (which was within the 90 day warranty) they never came. I called them 5 times and left voice messages..,. They never called me back!!!!!!!!!! So disappointed. So, I found another Pest Service on Angie's list and they are coming this Thursday July 14, 2016 to remedy (I hope!) I don't want to have to post a bad review for them too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Made an appointment to do a termite inspection for a refi loan then never showed up, never called, never responded to numerous calls to his office and cell phone. I cannot imagine why they would not want to so much as return my call Not much else to say, I'll certainly never contact them again.

Mike Misialek came to assess our home for recent mice stains and droppings. We were worried that we would need extensive sealing and eradication. Mike arrived 10 minutes early (!!!) and was completely professional, thorough and friendly. After a complete walkthrough, he actually told us we did not need his in depth services, and he gave me some pointers to things I could do on my own. I was totally impressed at Mike's honesty, integrity, and his focus on the long term benefits of good customer service. I will definitely go to his business first in the future. Highly recommended.

We found absolute proof of termites, and started calling around for quotes. I got quotes from two companies, one at $2200, the other at $1700. Both used the bait system (one also drilled as well), which as I read, can take some time to do the job. I called a realtor because I thought those prices were high. She told me to definitely call around. I called Allied, based on Angie's List reviews, and they came out very promptly to inspect the property. They use a drilling system, explained why they use this vs. bait, answered all my questions, were friendly and courteous. I hired them to treat, and they showed up right when they said they would. They drilled very unobtrusively around the house (one company wanted to drill holes in my wood floors every 18 inches!!), explained everything they did, and did what I felt was a thorough job. They have a 5 year warranty on their work. Time will tell, as far as termite activity, but as of yet, we have seen no signs, and are very pleased with this company.

The owner showed up on time for the estimate and was very informative and helpful. He gave us a written quote. His crew showed up for both treatments on time. Their work was friendly, professional and thorough. So far, no more ants!

Prompt , friendly service. Explained where to look for termites in the future and suggested the removal of landscaping that was close to the house to keep them away. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were excellent.

Called them regarding mouse infestation-- they were very helpful on the phone and then called me back promptly when I left a message that I wanted to schedule service. They arrived on time, did a thorough job, then cam e back as promised to follow up. My only complaint is that they left a piece of poison bait on the floor where my kids and dog could have gotten to it.

The job was excellent. They didn’t think they were going to get rid of these ants, I get these ants every spring; big carpet ants. They left some interesting traps around the house and it worked perfectly. I would use them in the future.

They were responsive when I called, arrived when they said they would, professional and they took care of our ants. They were also careful to keep the pesticide away from areas that my kids and dog could access easily.

They were very professional and very good about it. The wasps are gone and have not come back. They sprayed in the peak of my mobile home and sprayed all along the roof line. We waited the two weeks they said to and the wasps were still there. I called and they came out right away within twelve hours. They redid the application and I haven't had a problem since. It was a very nice experience to find someone who could do a job properly and do what they said they were going to do.
