I have to to say this company has done it again for me an my family . I called Lindsay the owner last min move an he came threw for me . He sent three guys, Jonathan and Jonathan and Jordan . When I tell you I was very happy with how professional, polite, funny and got everything out an into my new home with no problem at all . This is my second time using all points an I highly recommended them . They made sure my move was stress free . This guys went above a beyond to get things done at the last minute no other company will do . Let’s just say I was so relax I had the energy to be able to set up all three room so we could have slept peacefully. Excellent service Lindsay should be very proud of his workers . You guys rock . As someone who's moved a lot, it's often absolute h***, but moving with All Points Movers was absolute heaven. The young men who work for the company were extremely competent, very conscientious, polite, hardworking and efficient. I've never had such a good moving experience in my entire life. It exceeded my wildest expectations. That was 7 years ago and I'm about to move again now and I'm looking forward to having All Points Movers take care of all my moving needs!

I worked with All Points Movers after starting my first job out of school, for a move 20 mins down the road. Although I was so, so ready to love the experience and service, I unfortunately am not writing that 5 star review I had hoped for, but convey the same grievance that many other negative reviews here express. When I began the process, I made very clear that price was a critical factor to me, and I had called many many companies for estimates. All Points gave me the best, with great professionalism and reassurance and I was excited and confident in my choice. By the end of this 4 hour move I received my invoice. Now I totally understand that final costs will never be the exact estimate, but my heart sank when I saw that the cost was over 60% higher than the original estimate provided for me. Immediately I got on the phone with the business owner who I had worked with, and who up until this point had been nothing but friendly. Explaining my confusion with the enormous disparity I hoped not to disregard the extra costs but find some middle ground given the unusual disparity between estimate and total, especially for a 4 hr, very local move. However, I was entirely unprepared for that phone call. I wasn't disturbed by his compete refusal to compromise as much as his outright denial that we had ever gone over details of my move, although on 2 occasions we had reviewed everything from apartment layout, parking, every piece of furniture from lamps to side tables and expectations for disassembling specific items. While writing a check hundreds of dollars over the estimate definitely hurt, it was the total invalidation of my experience that ruined my service with All Points for me. Being told that multiple conversations that you've had never happen is disrespect, hurtful, and worst of all, invalidating. Walking away from working with All Points made me feel embarrassed because if the lack of professionalism. I will say that I'm 22 years old and admittedly new to a lot of this, so I write this with the hope that others with more limited experience don't make the same mistake that I did with this business. Please be careful. I also recommend that the owner of this business be more forthcoming with the true cost of their services, and more importantly- do not gaslight and invalidate customers who are justifiably thrown off by prices that are many hundreds of dollars more than the provided estimate. To be honest with you, If you had originally quoted me a higher price I probably would have still chosen you because I usually love supporting local businesses. I would also like to add that I have absolutely no negative feedback for the crew, all of whom were helpful and friendly.

Excellent and responsive service. The 2 gentlemen that came were very courteous and responsive. They were able to come a little earlier than planned and called to ask if it would be okay before showing up. They handled some antique furniture and followed all my requests regarding it. I am looking forward to working with this company when I bring it all back into the house in a couple of weeks.

Found movers to be unprofessional. Showed up with 2 U haul trucks.

I had to delay the move a few times and they were very accommodating. The move was quick and efficient and they were very careful.

Amazing. With little notice we needed to move out due to our house closing early. We had @half of everything packed. They did the rest. The crew of 3 they sent far exceeded expectations!

I was very happy with the whole experience. The price was one half to a third of all the other moving companies. The movers were professional and took great care of our property that was moved. Would definitely hire them again in a heartbeat.

All Points Movers were wonderful. The young men were extremely professional and friendly. They took pride in their work as evidenced by the way they treated each piece of furniture. They told me they would be here by 10 AM and they arrived 10 minutes early. From start to finish it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

We did not hire this company. I called earlier in the year and received a quote of $350. When I called again I received a quote between $425 to $500. He said that he would see if he could get a crew and he would call me back. While I was waiting for his call I decided to shop around and got a Quote of $300 to $350 from another company and booked with them. He called back and when I told him that I booked with another company I was met with loud profanity. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to this kind of extreme unprofessionalism!

The guys were focused, took care of things, never complained about open boxes and bags, and had a great work ethic.

I couldn't have asked for a better team of movers. Senior Team Leader Lindsay St. Jean did an incredible job orchestrating and planning my move from Russell, MA to Brooklyn, NY - including the transport of an antique upright piano. Lindsay's questions and advice prepared us for moving day, when his kind, professional, hardworking team arrived to pack, load, and transport our furniture and belongings. Moving is an overwhelming and emotionally draining experience, and All Points Movers helped us feel at ease and taken care of in the process. Plus, the move ended up coming in under budget, as Lindsay helped to find ways to reduce costs in the process. I recommend them without question!!
