+ -1 moreVERY DISAPPOINTED. BILLY IS RESPONSIVE AND NICE ENOUGH, BUT THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR HIM ARE SOMETHING ELSE. THEY ARE MESSY (LEFT GREASE STAINS ON WALLS AND DOORS), RUDE (COMPLAINED ABOUT WORKING CONDITIONS (NO A/C), AND SLOPPY (HAD TO COME BACK ONCE FOR FORGETTING FURNACE VENT, AND TWICE FOR HEATING SYSTEM NOT WORKING IN ALL ROOMS). THE MOST DISAPPOINTING THING IS THAT I HAVE USED PITTS FOR YEARS. HIS SERVICE, AND ATTITUDE HAS DECLINED SINCE HIS BUSINESS HAS GROWN DURING THE BOOM PERIOD. IT SADDENS ME TO SAY IT IS TIME TO FIND A NEW PLUMBER.
Description of Work: REPLACED ALL BASEBOARDS IN HOUSE, REPLACED FURNACE.

+ -1 moreHE ONLY HAS AN ANSWERING SERVICE. HE WAS COURTEOUS TO US BUT NOT VERY NICE WITH THE PERSON WHOM WAS WORKING WITH HIM. HE GOT US A FURNACE THAT WE COULD GET A REBATE ON BUT THEN THE REBATE WAS DENIED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM.

SHE SAID "LET ME PUT THIS IN PLAIN ENGLISH, WE WONT BE THERE INTIL TUESDAY." I CALLED LATER AND ASKED IF SHE COULD CONTACT ONE OF THE PLUMBERS ON A CELL PHONE. SHE SAID "I CAN, BUT I CHOOSE NOT TO." IVE CALLED ON 3 OCCASIONS, AND SHE IS CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE.
