Arlene Hanafin (Remax Achievers) was my broker for both buying and selling my properties. She was excellent in every way. She is punctual, reliable, goes out of her way for you and looks out for your best interests. She has been available whenever possible. She sat down with me at the beginning of my buying process.and was very detailed in providing advice and feedback relative to the breakdown of all costs I would encounter in the process of buying. As a buyer she took me out to see properties pretty much whenever I requested a showing and with short notice. She pointed out things I would not have noticed that could have been landmines and were avoided. As a seller she worked very closely with me in the negotiation process. I have sold two properties utilizing her services. One sold upon the first showing. The second sold in a matter of 2-3 weeks. She was very generous in holding open houses. She also gave very suitable recommendations for minor cosmetic alterations that caused both places to be sold very quickly. I would never use anybody else.
