Bill O'Neill put in our boiler a couple years back and it went exactly as planned. So when we needed steam pipes moved for construction we called him. He came to look, outlined the work, then when needed came to disconnect the steam pipes, re-route water and gas so the construction work could be done. When the construction work was complete he came back to reconnect the steam pipes and do the final routing on the water and gas. Punctual, thoughtful, clean, work was completed as expected, no surprises. I'll gladly hire him again.

I called Mr. O'Neill this morning since I had a bathroom sink that would not drain. He did call back quickly but to my shock he told me he would not be able to come and fix my issue for a week!!! He stated that although he appreciated the calls from Angie's List, he was not taking any new customers. Again quite a shock since he is listed here. He really should remove his name from this list if he isn't taking on any new customers. Truly shocking to me.

He was great. He's super prompt. We also recommended him to a friend. Dan told us exactly what we needed and didn't charge us for more. He solved the problem. I thought he did a great job of assessing what was wrong and not charging us to do anymore.

Bill is fantastic. He worked with my busy schedule and fixed some toilet and drain issues in my 1940's house. He was meticulous and I could tell he cares about doing the job right. He is my new go to plumber.

I placed a call to Bill on the weekend and left a message. My call was returned the same day. Given that my father is a plumber himself, albeit out of state, I knew the make and model of water heater that I wanted to have installed. Bill was completely accommodating and he purchased the water heater I requested and replaced it first thing Monday morning. He would have come on the weekend however the plumber supply company that sells this particular unit was closed on the weekend. I couldn't be happier with the service, the price and to know that I have found a reputable plumber in my area who I know I can call in the future. I would recommend Bill and his company without hesitation.

I called on Saturday - Bill returned my call on Sunday, he was accommodating to my schedule and met me after work on Monday evening. The price for the install was $90.00 plus a new hose. Bill was a really nice guy and next time I need a plumber he will be the one I call.

I recently converted my home heating system to natural gas from oil. I received several bids and met with a number of plumbers to discuss options, cost and schedule. Great! Bill met with me and looked at the existing system and proposed two different ideas. He also wrote up his proposals as I went through the heat loan program which requires certain info from the contractor. When I was ready he worked the job into his already busy schedule and was I ever thankful because it had just started to get really cold out! Bill is nice, professional and respecful as well as responsive.

Fine--no problems. Mr. O'Neil (William) was quick and efficient.

The couplers in the circulating pump of the boiler were being replaced. He did a good job. The pump is very old, and not every parts could be easily realigned perfectly after disassemble, but he worked very patiently on that. After fixing it, he retested the whole system, check through everything and clean up the floor. I will definitely recommend him to everyone.

He was short with me and rude, so I chose not to go with him.

Patiently opened up the hot water heater, dried the components, and saved us the cost of replacement. I've worked with him a lot; in my previous condo, my boiler died in the coldest part of winter, and it was 45 degrees inside. He responded swiftly and trouble-shot quickly and got it up and running for a completely reasonable cost. In that same condo, my hot water heater similarly chose the dead of winter to stop working, and he brought over a new one, removed the old one, also for less than a larger company had estimated. I share his name with all my friends. Friendly and personable.

Bill was very responsive to our needs. He came out and made a quick and timely estimate. When we decided to go forward with the work, he scheduled the time within 1 week. He completed the work in the estimated time frame he gave us. He replaced 1 hot water tank and an outdated double sink in the basement.

He came quickly (considering our request urgent as we had no heat) and was very friendly and professional. He looked over our whole system, got it started up, and then ended up not charging us (which we did not at all expect) because we were in the neighborhood and he didn't actually fix anything. Honest and friendly, we would definitely call him again.

WE HAVE USED O'NEILL FOR YEARS. DOES EXCELLENT WORK AND IS VERY NEAT. PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE.
