I was contacted and told they did not do residential or the canton area. on angie's list it says they do residential and also say they do canton area. not true. they were nice enough to get back to me and say they couldn't help me. I have had the same experience with about 8 other companies on your site. I have not gotten even one of your people/services that we could use.

I used to work with Mitch, who took care of my yard weekly. Things always looked nice but I thought I'd try to find another way, save some money. I called MHK in desperation a couple of weeks ago, and his incredibly conscientious crew came through my yard yesterday and carted about half of it away - thank goodness. Mitch (and his amazing crew) is always polite, thorough, hard-working and most of all (and this seems so simple until it's not happening), they do it right the first time. So happy I called MHK in to clean up my yard, to take care of it weekly, and I no longer have to be embarrassed by my yard. Thank you, MHK

I called this company for snow removal but never got a call back. I would at least expect a call to tell me they are too busy.

MHK did a very nice job of figuring out a good solution for us--a path with a number of small steps, framed by railroad ties and made with some nice weathered brick. They ran into some unanticipated tree roots, and had to curve the path around, which made it look quite graceful, actually. We were very pleased and have gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors. We were initially a little taken aback at the price quote, but even though the path was short, the need to remove the old path and the need to work with a steep hill and tree roots made it a tricky job, and other estimates came in in the same range. The entire crew was very professional. They did the job when they said they would. They worked until it was finished. I would definitely hire them again.

It was great, they did a great job and exactly what I asked. The price was great and we have no complaints.

We dealt with an older man that wasn't really that nice. I don't think he liked women so my husband dealt with him and didn't have any problems. He was a grumpy old man, but my husband said it was just fine. For me the experience was not good because the man who was in charge didn't like me. He was perfectly nice to my husband and my husband was happy with them. The job was fine but he could have been nicer to me.

They were flexible about coming out to give an estimate. I wasn’t home when they did the work. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The work turned out like I expected. They were excellent.

Went very well. Mitch and Jon came out for the site visit and explained what it would take to get the job done, then responded promptly when we were ready to do the work, and did it quickly and completely.

Mitch and company were professional and careful, and performed the work in a timely manner. They initially provided a proposal which corresponded exactly with the final cost of the work. They were considerate, cleaned up afterward, and generally did excellent work. We would definitely hire them again.

Mitch was a pleasure to deal with and his work is outstanding. We are thrilled with the sod and it is holding up well. His crew worked fast and were professional. He listened to what I wanted and made only helpful suggestions without being pushy. However, he did let me know when my ideas would not give me the results I wanted (e.g. seed vs. sod). When things came up that ended up costing a bit more than expected he stuck to the bid. A trustworthy company. As a West Rox resident I was also glad to support a local company.

OVERALL VERY POSITIVE. MITCH RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY CALL AND SHOWED UP ON TIME, WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. FRIENDLY AND EASY TO CONVERSE WITH. WILL DEFINITELY CONSIDER HIRING HIM IN THE FUTURE WHEN WE'RE READY.

MORE TROUBLE THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. GRANITE STEP WAS NOT INSTALLED FULLY AND ANOTHER STEP WAS BROKEN IN THE PROCESS. RUDE RESPONSE BY OFFICE WHEN I CALLED ABOUT IT. MITCH LEFT MESSAGE SAYING HE'D FIX IT, BUT NO FURTHER CONTACT FOR WEEKS. ANGIE'S LIST NEIGHBORS IN ACTION CONTACTED HIM, AND HE IMMEDIATELY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. REDUCED CHARGE BY 10% TO COMPENSATE FOR DELAY.

I FELT THERE WERE A FEW MISCOMMUNICATIONS, NON MAJOR, IN THE EXACT WORK WE NEEDED DONE. FOR EXAMPLE, THEY JUST SHOWED UP TO START THE PROJECT ONE DAY -- AND WE DIDN'T EXPECT THEM BECAUSE WE HADN'T HEARD FROM THEM. AND, WE HAD FOLLOW-UP ADDITIONAL WORK WE WANTED TO HIRE THEM FOR -- BUT DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK TO SCHEDULE. WE'VE FOUND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT BETTER MEETS OUR APPROACH TO THIS TYPE OF WORK, SO WE WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN, PROBABLY.
