Description of Work: I had a number of plumbing issues to deal with, including a first floor shower/tub that was leaking into our basement. They correctly diagnosed the problem with the leak and rebuilt the volume/temp control for the shower/tub with a minimum of fuss. They also repaired other issues, and reassured me about one that didn't need repair after all. Very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Provided new hot water heater with installation. Also replaced the outside vent for my clothes dryer and fixed toilet flush.

 + 0 moreExcellent. Ken West was prompt and performed everything exactly as he said he would. He listened to what I wanted and recommended products. He worked extra long hours to complete the project in one day so I would not be without heat on a cold night.
Description of Work: Removed a very old boiler and replaced with new one. Bled radiators, cleaned vents and reworked all necessary piping.
