JMLA CONSTRUCTION

Aside from poor cleanup, I was very pleased with the finished product. However, after the winter months, I began to noticed that the concrete has begun to crack and break, resulting in broken pieces of concrete and loose stones. In an effort to resolve this matter amicably, I sent a certified letter explaining the problem. I also called four times and left detailed messages. As of 4/17/08 I haven't received a response.

Jose had to cancel the first estimate due to a family emergency, but, as soon as he returned home, he came over to give us an estimate. He gave us an estimate the next day, and he and his crew came over the day after we accepted the proposal. It was an inconvenient time, as we were getting our children ready for school, but they got started after we gave the OK. They did a fabulous job despite the cramped workspace. It was amazing that they dug such deep holes in places where they couldn't stand up straight. They had the holes dug and the footings poured in less than a day, and they came back the next day when the concrete had cured. They finished up in a couple of hours, and when a piece of one of the posts snapped off while they were putting in the last bolt, they replaced the 4x4 without complaint. They were clean and courteous, and they even played with the kids. They even told us about a squatter squirrel under our porch. It was a nice experience.
