Description of Work: 350 was for snow removal for the season. They came late, and by the time they came they couldnt perform their job well. I asked them to come in today to complete the job. They informed me that they will not be able to service me and are issuing me a refund. This is after they assured me several times that they did not overbook themselves and they would be able to take care of me throughout the year.
