+ -1 moreTHE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS IS A FRIENDLY AND LIKEABLE PERSON. HOWEVER, SHE BEGAN THE JOB AT MY HOME AND THEN DISAPPEARED FOR WEEKS OR MONTHS AT A TIME. SHE LEFT PAINT AND TARPS EVERYWHERE, INCLUDING AN OPEN CAN WHICH I ALMOST KNOCKED OVER ONTO MY GOOD RUG. GETTING HER BACK WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH, THERE WAS ALWAYS SOME EXCUSE. FINALLY, AFTER I REALLY PLAYED HARDBALL, SHE DID RETURN AND FINISH THE JOB. THE QUALITY OF HER WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE.
