The guy that came out who put it in was terrific but the company screwed it up. And it also took about twice as much time not just because of that but two and a half weeks. They took another week to get in. And the guy who came out was fine. But the whole part was half ways. I would use them again in the future.

OK - Order took 10 days to come in. A little expensive but they answered the phone and were able to quote immediately vs others who never returned my call

I pulled in with a broken windshield. They handled the set-up over the phone with the insurer, did the work. Great.

It went well. The person who I spoke to on the phone and upon arriving at the shop was polite and helpful. They were willing to send someone to my home to fix the window there, but I offered to bring the car to their shop since it was just as easy for me to do so. I dropped the car off on Friday morning. It was ready for me to pick up after work, though I chose to pick it up the next morning.

When the rearview mirror fell off my windshield, a windshield that ACE had replaced within 9 months, they scheduled an appointment the next morning, fixed it in half an hour, didn't ask even to see the receipt and didn't charge for the service. They were also quick, efficient and professional when they originally replaced the windshield. I would certainly use them again--they are much better than other windshield replacement folks I've used.

I called for an estimate and was told that I would be contacted in one week. I never received a call back to schedule an appt.

My contractor recommended ACE glass to supply frameless glass doors for shower in remodeled bathroom. I have no complaints about the quality of their work, and did not shop around, so cannot comment on price. But what was supposed to be a 2 week job from start to finish ended up taking almost 2 months. There was an issue with the initial design of the doors that delayed things, but most of the time was spent waiting for them to send me drawings to approve, then waiting for the glass to be made. They were not very responsive to emails or phone calls. When they finally did come to install the glass doors, it turns out that they had measured incorrectly, and we had to wait another week or so while they got a new piece made. All in all did not seem very professional and i would not use them again.

About 1 week later windows were delivered. A crew of 4 removed the old windows and installed the new ones. All debris was cleaned up and removed promptly.

They are great. They are very reliable and professional. They are reasonably priced and their quality of work is good. They have been very professional with my clients as well. I have referred them to many of my clients.

I called, described, was able to leave my door with broken window out back during nighttime hours, they cut within one day for me to pick up. Good quality.

When ACE saw the high price of the part I needed from the car manufacturer, they suggested secondary markets, so I spent $70 for the part instead of $400. they taped my window closed until I got my part (w/ tape that wouldn't injure the car's paint finish) and promptly repaired it when I received the part.

It started out ok. The office didn't really do a good job of returning my calls. I had to follow up several times. More importantly, Dave and Edgar were terrific. They were prompt, replaced all the panes and did it without any mess. Request Dave and Edgar!

I called the company to try to schedule an estimate but it did take about a week to get someone out to my condo to do the estimate. A company representative came out to do an estimate and told me that the glass had to be special ordered because the door was not standard size. He told me he would have an estimate for me that day or the next day, which he did. Once the glass came in (which took about a week) I got a call and we scheduled a time to do the installation. The installers were on time, friendly and efficient. They did a great job installing the new glass door.

I started collecting and setting up trinkets and needed something safe. They molded plexi-glass around my display. They did it in a shop and two guys brought it out. They were very freindly.

I think he was efficient and got the job done quickly. Contacted me quickly, with a reasonable price.

Very well. I called to see if I could get a replacement part (long piano hinge). The response was that it is very difficult to replace and would not meet current code. Someone came over to see the stall shower. He gave me an estimate and a schedule to replace everything with something more modern. Within the time estimated an installer came over and replaced the whole assembly. Work was completed within and hour. Complete clean-up left the place in excellent condition.

Workers arrived to work on schedule and completed the job in a timely manner.

In the winter of 2003, we used them for several glass projects. I reported the very positive experience to Angies List and they made the Page of Happiness. This time, dealing with John was difficult from the start. He was overly harsh of our plans and explained to me how we could not possibly do any of the things we wanted to do. Frankly, I should have kicked him out of the house at the point. Later, when measuring, his tune had changed quite a bit: We could now do everything we wanted to do. A great install team showed up to install the mirror, but John's measurements were wrong. Somehow, John expressed over the Nextel phone that this was my fault, and that there is no way to cut a mirror to match a curve. His rude and inappropriate comments reached the point where he told the installer I was a f*cking as**ole. I couldn't possibly do business with a company that treated its customers like this. We cancelled order and talked with very apologetic owner.

REALLY GREAT. THE STAFF, FROM TELEPHONE TO ESTIMATOR TO THE GENTLEMEN WHO DID THE WORK WERE NOT ONLY PROFESSIONAL, BUT PLEASANT AND WILLING TO EXPLAIN ALL REQUIREMENTS. THEY WERE HERE ON TIME, ON THE RIGHT DAY, AND CHARGED ONLY THE QUOTED PRICE, THOUGH OUR HOUSE IS 160 YEARS OLD, WHICH MADE IT DIFFICULT TO DO EVERYTHING. THE FINISHED WINDOW REPLACEMENTS LOOKED GREAT, AND CONSIDERING THAT THEY HAD TO BURN THE OLD PUTTY (MAKING IT NECESSARY TO DISCONNECT THE SMOKE ALARMS) THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE. ALL MESSES WERE CLEANED UP, AND WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED. OVERALL, A GREAT COMPANY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THANKS ACE!!

SHELVES WERE NICELY GROUND ON EDGES. READY IN TWO DAYS. SERVICE WAS QUICK AND CORDIAL. I MEASURED WRONG, BUT THAT'S NOT THEIR FAULT! HOURS NOT THAT CONVENIENT FOR OFFICE WORKERS.

THERE ARE A LOT OF COMPANIES THAT DO THIS KIND OF WORK. WE CALLED 7 COMPANIES AND THEY WERE THE LEAST EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE GRUFF TO DEAL WITH, BUT THEY ARE VERY NICE. THEY PROJECT GOT DONE A MONTH EARLIER THAN THE OTHER COMPANIES COULD GET IT DONE. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A PIECE OF THE GLASS AND THEY DIDNT HESITATE TO REPAIR IT. THEY GAVE US A FREE MIRROR BECAUSE WE HAD TO WAIT FOR THE REPAIR. THEY DID AN ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS JOB.
