They are reliable. They do the job right and have been doing it for a long time. It takes about 25 minutes for 3 to 4 people mow the lawn.

Nicolazzo Bros were very responsive and delivered me a 15 yard dumpster promptly! It was left where I wanted it and wood was placed under the dumpster to protect the driveway. When I called to have it picked up they came the same day. I couldn't be happier and would use them again. Thank you Emilee

I called him, he answered straight away. Came by when he said he would and cleaned up the mess.

The Nicolazzo team is very responsive and does a great job. We used them for snow removal, not landscaping. However, we were very disappointed at the overzealous use of salt and the exorbitant pricing.

I contacted them to follow up and got no response.

Said will provide an estimate but never did.

My experience with Nicolazzo Bros was beyond my expectations. They showed up early and worked all day at a pace that simply astounded me. I was hesitant to spend so much money on yard work, but the work just three men accomplished in a few days would have taken my husband and I years to complete on our own. They worked in the rain and the cold, and did everything I asked. Prior to hiring Nicolazzo, I received several estimates from other companies, Nicolazzo's estimate was right in line with the other estimates, but they mentioned and thought of touches that other companies did not. If I had gone with another company, I might have been left with a well-cleared lawn, but only the Nicolazzo Bros suggested spreading gravel to handle the new drainage that might occur once we removed the overgrowth. Our new lawn looks absolutely beautiful and working with Nicolazzo was a delight from start to finish. Not only did the Brothers complete the work to my exact specifications, on time, and on budget, the week after the work was complete I received a personalized thank you note complete with a donation check made payable to the charity I work for. How personal and professional! I cannot wait to hire the Nicolazzo Bros again in the future, and I cannot recommend them enough for you.

Everything went very smoothly. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did exactly what we had discussed. The work looked great.

I've waited until now to write a review as I wanted to complete a full year with Nicolazzo Bros. We've been extremely pleased with the work they've done, and our yard looks wonderful. Everything is more healthy and attractive looking. The one thing that did take some time to iron out is the best way to communicate with Steve. I was sending him emails, which he took quite awhile to answer. On a lark, I decided to text him one day, and he responded very quickly. I now know that texting is the best way to communicate with him. This year we are looking forward to Nicolazzo Bros. doing some special projects for us.

I have retained Nicolazzo to do my yard work and snow plowing for many years. They come on a regular basis and complete the work quickly. The workers are very polite and are careful to be as non-intrusive as possible. They can be depended upon to plow as soon as they are able after a snowstorm, so that, often, I will observe that my drive has been done earlier than others in the neighborhood using different services. If there are cars in the driveway when they arrive, they will dig around the cars with shovels rather than ring the doorbell to ask that the cars be moved to allow the plowing vehicle to do the job more quickly. They try to be careful of planting underneath snow. They also try to plow out as much room as needed for the number of cars using the drive.

They arrived promptly even though it was a very busy season. Had all the equipment and supplies they needed. They filled in a large 5' diameter hole for us, using a lot of old rocks lying around and cleaning up the yard in the process. The lawn has not sunk in at all which was my main concern. I did not really shop the price thus have no feedback on that. I was content with the price and they could come quickly, which was important when you have a gaping hole in a small yard.

Nicolazzo did a good job. I did not choose Nicolazzo because another company came in at a lower price. They did follow up and they did come out.

They have been great. They come every week and do excellent job. They are very accommodating and very responsive. They are always pretty helpful.

The work was of extremely good quality. There were no issues with movement of bluestone. The people they brought were family, so they didn't have loud boomboxes or anything like that. The staff was good. They all appeared to have work permits, which was important to me. They worked hard and got the work done fairly quickly for a big job. They had good follow-up.

He was very easy to work with and very comfortable. He gave a detailed quote. He spent a lot of time with us and he was quick with his quote. He listened carefully to us and gave us creative ideas. He showed up on time.

It went great. They did a good job. The fill has not settled at all and the grass took well. Steve is a clear communicator and easy to work with. He came exactly on the date he'd promised the work and was in and out promptly. The final product is very nice. We didn't shop the price extensively. My guess is we could have done it for less but we prefer dealing with professionals, and Steve is that.

It was great. They were extremely professional and their pride was evident in the work they did. One of our neighbors were so impressed Steve's crew was back the next weekend to reseeded their yard. The front steps and sidewalk were not parallel, Steve's crew had to cut several of the pavers to provide a visually pleasing transition between the two. We are thrilled with the craftsmanship of the new paver walk. We would highly recommend Nicolazzo Bros.

He hasn’t done anything as yet and we are still negotiating. The price he quoted me was $50 a week and then he had per hour charges and anything on top of that was $40 an hour. He also had a one time fees for spring clean up and that $280, for putting down mulch was $285 and pruning the buses all over my yard was $295. He is the only landscaper I actually contacted for a quote that has been responsive and on time. He got back to me very quickly after I initiated the contact through his web site and I overall I am pretty happy with it. He contacted me via mail and also called me over the phone.

I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL YARD WHICH ABUTS CONSERVATION LAND. HOWEVER, IT IS ALWAYS A CHORE TO KEEP THE WEEDS FROM ENCROACHING ONTO THE LAWN. THE LANDSCAPE TEAM WAS ABLE TO RE-DEFINE THE PROPERTY LINE, BY EDGING THE GARDEN BORDERS AND THEN MULCHED THE AREA TO KEEP THE WEEDS AT BAY. I MUST SAY IT LOOKS FABULOUS! IN ADDITION, I HAVE A WELL-ESTABLISHED BED OF PERRENIALS THAT NEEDED SOME THINNING AND REPLACEMENTS. THE TALL GRASS PLANTS WERE OVERTAKING THE SMALLER FLOWERING PLANTS. STEVE NICOLAZZO AND HIS TEAM WERE RECEPTIVE TO MY LANDSCAPING NEEDS, OFFERED KNOWLEDGEABLE SUGGESTIONS,AND PROVIDED QUALITY SERVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE JOB TO BE DONE RIGHT.

I was truly impressed with the quality of work performed as well as the professionalism shown by Steve Nicolazzo, his brother, and the rest of their team. We now have a beautiful new lawn sprouting up where we never had grass before. Our front yard was always a mess of shrubs and mulch that never looked good and detracted from the curb appeal of the home. Attempts had been made to grow grass, but they were unsuccessful as the soil quality was terrible and the area didn't get enough light. After some minor tree pruning to get more light in, we brought in several landscaping companies to provide quotes. Steve's quote was not quite the lowest, but it was very fair, and his understanding of the job and ability to communicate how they would handle it, in detail, ended up being the deciding factor. Steve and his crew showed up on the day we were expecting them, early in the morning, and got right to it. He originally said it would take a day and a half, but they ended up completing the entire job before 3pm on the day they started. They were friendly, the work was done thoroughly, and I felt like we truly got our money's worth. The seed is now starting to sprout as he said it would, and we're well on our way to a beautiful long-term sustainable lawn. Overall I was extremely happy with everything about Nicolazzo Bros., I will likely use them again for other work, and I would highly recommend them to others.

Nicolazzo Brothers have been a valuable resource to us from the time we bought our current property five years ago. Steve and Antonio Nicolazzo are landscapers “par excellence”. From the very first day that we worked with them, we have been impressed with their strong commitment to quality and their most positive attitude in responding to our ever changing needs. We operate a nursery school in West Newton with a property of one acre+ and we demand perfection. Both Steve and Antonio have managed to consistently support our day-to-day needs as well as any emergency projects that we have thrown at them. They are extremely pragmatic in helping us with our design needs. Whenever we develop a concept, we find that they are able to take our idea to the next level, to help us create the perfect flower bed, or shrubbery arrangement, or flagstone walkway. They also know how to do things in a manner that always seems to be very cost effective, without sacrificing on quality. Talking with these two brothers about a custom project is indeed a pleasure. They are highly skilled craftsman, with such a wealth of experience that the complicated often becomes very simple. We highly recommend their services to anyone seeking high-quality landscaping services at affordable prices.

They cut the grass and pick up the leaves. I don’t know if they are particularly good but they come every week and remove the leaves. There is nothing in particular about the company. I think the quality of work is okay but I have nothing to compare it with because I had them so long. The price is okay. I pay $250 a month for the basic lawn service. It costs extra for all the other things like fertilizer and so on. I have nothing to compare the price with. They come once a week; usually the same day depending on the weather. There is no particular time. They have to just show up. They take care of several homes in the neighborhood. I have no complaints. Sometimes they take a little longer when I call them. Somebody always picks it up.

Their pricing was reasonable. I did not have to call to remind them. They came when it snowed and did the job. They cleared the snow from my driveway, porch, dog gate and front stairs. My overall experience with them was good.
