This company has consistantly ignored my requests for my lawn. I've asked multiple times to not cut a certain bush in my yard because they keep killing it. They cut it like it's any other bush in my yard but its not meant to be trimmed the way they do it, and every season they kill it and it looks terrible. They know nothing about landscaping. And an entire side of my yard is dry and dead because they do not take care of it properly and don't trim the grass in a timely manner. Some of the workers are polite but the others are extremely rude. Just yesterday I stopped an employee to ask him if he could please latch my gate after he opens it, because every day he opens it, comes into my patio and throws away all of their garbage for the day. I asked him to please stop using the garbage because it adds up everyday and then there's no room left for me and the other people that live in the house to throw away our garbage. I've let this go on for months and months and now it's become a nuisance because when he comes in to throw his garbage out, he doesnt latch my gate properly and my dogs can get loose. So I politely asked him to do this yesterday and he turns the opposite way and completely ignores me and keeps walking towards my garbage. When I get eye contact he responds, "can you make this gate latch easier to get in and out?" and "can you put the garbage closer to the gate so we can get to it easier?". I was appalled. And after all that, he doesnt latch my gate after he continues to throw his garbage away and leave. This was not my only negative experience with this company. They ran over my outdoor carpet with a lawn mower and ripped it to shreds in the corner. I saw the guy do this as I was pulling out of my driveway but I didnt realize how bad it was until I got back home and saw it. There was no note or message about it, saying they will replace it or that they had even done it. I called the O, Leo Butera and spoke with his wife. She was asking me if I was sure it was her landscapers that did it, how did I know and she did everything to try and get around replacing my outdoor rug. She asked me how bad it was and if it needed to be replaced. She was very short and rude about all of this so after much arguing she agreed to pay for it. Terrible customer service, and unbelievable unprofessionalism. I can't believe people would willingly choose to use this company over others. Just to make matters worse, after they paid to replace my outdoor rug, they ran over it a second time and frayed an entire corner. I have yet to address it because it's exhausting to reason with this company, and no one will own up to the fact that they ruined it AGAIN.

Work was OK, nothing great. Kept raising the price with no notice. Reseeded several times that never took. Came through with machines in a hurry and never felt there was any personal service or evaluation. Hard to reach to speak with. Charged even in months that didn't need work. Cut every week whether it needed it or not. Never happy with their service and felt a bit ripped off.

Showed up on time and cleared the snow away...

HE IS JUST EXCELLENT AND HE DOES SNOW PLOWING..
