He is horrible I have been using him for sixteen years and for sixteen years it takes him three to four days to get back and when he does get back he doesn't fix anything so I was doing it because he installed it so I wanted to use the installer but he is a disaster he is the worse plumber in the world. It was probably less than a year ago when he came over to fix something he gave me a bill for $102 I said but you didn't fix it, he said oh alright give me a few days I will be back and he never came back.

Excellent, fast, professional.

The kitchen sink was running slow and had not responded to drain cleaners and the problem was beyond the trap so I couldn't get to it. It finally stopped draining at all. I called Glen and he was there within an hour, on Saturday. It looked like it would require cutting into the drain, but he tried the simple fixes first and using tricks learned by experience, was able to clear the drain. Total visit, less than an hour. With that success in hand, I asked about rebuilding a shower valve that had stopped delivering hot water. He came back on Monday with the parts and rebuilt the valve. Less than an hour. The total bill was reasonable, the service was quick and personable and I will use him again when the need arises.

He showed up on time and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. He was very professional and I will be using him again in the future

3 Visits and they intentional broke the Symmons unit in the Shower. Brought two guys with them each time and charged me over $130/hour. Finally when they put the new small PVC in the ceiling they recessed it to low. Could not patch ceiling. Had to have a carpenter build an access panel. In the meantime they send me a $600 non-itemized bill. I called on a Wednesday night and his wife started yelling when I asked for more invoice itemized details. They charged me labor and material for the part that they broke and did not even need to be touched. Better yet, he said he would cover that and not charge me. The next morning after thinking about all this I decided to just pay the bill and call another plumber because based on the track record thus far they were going to continue to charge me. On Monday I receive a Small Claims Form in the mail. They were bringing me to court without me even having a chance to pay. I called and asked them why they were doing this since I put the check in the mail the prior Thursday afternoon. I called the court and the Small Claims form was dated that Thursday morning. So I called Wednesday night to get details on the bill and because I questioned it, the very next morning they filed. I put a stop payment on the Check, went to court, judge do not want to hear my story and I lost. I could not believe it! I also did some investigation on my own. With the assistance of the court clerks office this company has a track record and there were three other cases filed against and by this company. Do not hire these plumbers.

It started out ok so long as I had plenty of time and could be patient. However when I needed Glen to step up and complete some work in a timely way, he was decidedly unhelpful. He then sent me a very well padded bill, charging me in part for time where he did nothing, or fabricated excuses (as witnessed by my other contractors on site). The other contractor's I worked with were excellent and they all said they would not choose to work with him on other jobs.
