The toilet was installed well, but the shower head was left with far too much play where it came out of the wall. He said he didn't have time to make it secure and to call the plumber who had originally put it in. I called the original plumber who was horrified to find an installation left so badly done, so he fixed it on the spot, even though it was past his work time. The original plumber said that the head of a screw inside the wall had been broken off in removing the shower head. I am finishing this review two days later. Over those two days I have been barraged by texts, emails, telephone call claiming that the check I gave him has not cleared, according to his accountant. I verified with my bank that the check had been cleared and deposited into his business account. Mr Buccelli assured me that was not the case and said he was coming over immediately for a check. We use the same bank which further verified to me that the check is in his business account. After two days of what approached intimidation, he now claims it was a different client. I was really uncomfortable at the thought of this angry man appearing at my door."
