Excellent, would recommend to anyone.

The price was very reasonable. He also closes up the house for the winter, draining the toilet, pipes, etc. and adding antifreeze. We've given him a key to the house and he's always locked up when finished. On two occasions over the past 20 years we've had a report of a broken (frozen) pipe (town water service) and Tom responded right away. On another occasion I had a neighbor call and report minor vandalism and Tom checked it out as a favor, no charge. He's somewhat laid back, but what he charges is very reasonable and the work is appropriately completed. Very trustworthy, He's busy at spring opening time and winter closing time so you'd be advised to give him as much advanced notice as possible. He recommended the person we later hired to install a conforming Title 5 septic tank and I was pleased with the person he recommended.

I thought he did pretty shoddy work. It was sloppy. He didn't really support the pipes like a plumber ought to, I felt. The thing works, there are no leaks. But it doesn't look the best.

Tom is always pleasant to work with and he gets the job done. In the past, he has connected one of our bathrooms to the septic system, has installed our washer and gas dryer, replaced a leaking bathtub fixture and outside faucet. His prices are fair. He arrives when he says he will.
