Description of Work: Last summer, Mark recommended and installed a heating/ac wall unit in my basement. The installation went well; he coordinated with an electrician to add a breaker to the box. This year, I asked him to come out and review the maintenance procedures.

Description of Work: I chose Mark Butler to handle two large heating and AC projects in our old cape cod home because his name repeatedly came up through other local trades people as being the best in the business. Our experience with Mark not only bore out this sterling reputation but exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the major achievements was that Mark was able to convert our existing heating system to accept gas heating fuel. Even in a relatively warm winter, we saved significant $ converting from oil to gas fuel. Part of these savings was due to Mark's ability to calibrate the efficiency to the highest level quoted by the manufacturer. His equipment recommendations are excellent for each situation, fairly priced and the service is unparalleled in timeliness, professionalism and quality. We unhesitantly recommend Mark for any project in his area of specialization, and intend to rely on him again ourselves as needed.
