Rent This Dumpster

Delivery and pick-up of dumpster was as scheduled. I had no issues with this transaction.

They arrived early but that was fine We were moving and I needed all the junk out of the garage. I had purchased this deal for 6 cu yards of junk but I knew there was a lot more than that. as it piled up.I called them to let them know there was a lot. They said no problem . They subtracted what i paid for the Angie list deal and charged me for the rest plus extra charge for 2 tires. Total junk they hauled off was 24 cu yards. They did a great job packing it in.

It went great! These guys never took a break, moved very quickly getting the stuff and loading it onto their truck, were very professional AND cordial. They seemed to enjoy working! I am downsizing to a new home, but my current home has 9 rooms, 3 floors and 32 years of accumulation in it. I also lost my husband of 32 years a year and a half ago so I have to empty it by myself with help from businesses. I will be calling Depaolo Disposal for two more trips to take away all of the furniture that I don't intend on keeping, as well as, a slate table pool table from the third floor. I was impressed by the size of their truck. They quote the size, but it meant nothing to me until it pulled up. They carefully loaded it and rearranged things so that no space was wasted. They were hung up at the dump from their previous job, but called me to let me know that they were going to be late. I also caused them to be late for their subsequent job having had so many smaller things to be loaded in addition to the huge stuff, but they were contacting that customer as they did for me when they started running late. I don't consider it a con as I have dealt with several contractors in the last year and a half and these guys come out on top with their responsiveness, professionalism, attitudes and work ethic. So, as I have previously stated, I will gladly hire them for the 2 trips I will need to get my home emptied and ready for sale. They made my day!

It went far better than I could have expected. After days of sorting,I feared maybe there was far more to discard than I thought so I called the office to say I would need a second truck....little did I know they would fill four. The crew was amazingly efficient and just all-around nice guys - never hinting that accumulating all this unwanted "stuff" might be a problem and went right to work and never lagged, never let on if the exertion and heat bothered them. Outdoors, they gathered an old patio set from my fence line, a couple of broken down wheelbarrows and all the unwanted gardening supplies. From the basement and attic, they carried furniture, boxes and bags of discarded household goods,a freezer, maybe 8 pieces of exercise equipment and even a very heavy organ. Once it was determined that four loads would be required, the owner, Anthony, delivered a couple of 15 yard dumpsters so they could fill them as well as the trucks at the same time and better sort the furniture from the metal from the trash. I was impressed with the owner's positive attitude and easygoing manner (and the fact that he has built this thriving business which garners so many positive comments and reviews) and even more impressed that he hires such competent, friendly and hard-working young men - they were a pleasure to have around. I would hire DePaolo Disposal again in a heartbeat though I hope I've learned that it's better to call when I've accumulated just one truckload of items to be discarded (or just a few things). You can't go wrong with this company.

They were terrific. After filling the 1st dumpster, they recruited 2 more workers and filled 2 more dumpsters! It was a BIG job and they were very quick, honest and stayed until the job was completed. They were especially careful about showing me anything they thought may be valuable or sentimental before throwing things out. Very nice young men.

They messaged quickly to set up an appointment. On the day of service, they arrived on time with two guys on the truck. They were courteous, professional, and worked quickly.

All was great, except I had not understood that it would cost more than the original deal.

It went great! The guys were very professional and courteous. They were later then originally scheduled (they were held up at another site), but the company called several times with updates We would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them

Very easy to schedule online- received a call within 24 hrs to confirm the dumpster drop off. Dumpster was dropped off on time, quickly, and easily. Very fast, efficient service. Price seemed comparable to other providers but I used them because it was easy to schedule online.

the two men were very nice and very helpful. i was happy that they mentioned that some items get donated to local charities in the community. They worked quickly and were extremely polite. They moved some heavy items very easily, I was impressed. I would definitely use them again and the price was very reasonable compared to other removal services that I have used. They had a problem on Saturday getting to my home on time, and were willing to still come, just later. When I was unable to have them come at the later time, they actually said they would come Sunday, even though they do not work Sunday. They did come Sunday and I thought that was very accomodating!

The two gentleman were on time in a brand new looking truck. They had me show them exactly what we wanted to remove. They explained the extra cost for paint cans and electronic items. These additional costs were well within reason. They also explained that good furniture could be donated to charities which was great to hear. They cleaned out the house in a very reasonable time and were cordial and very aware of our circumstances in selling our late sisters home. I would and already have recommended this company to several friends since yesterday.

They responded to my inquiry very quickly, scheduled us on the day I asked for and showed up on time. What more could you ask for?

The two guys sent did great work!!! Pleasant attitude, and enjoyed what they were doing. Worked hard to please me the customer. Got rid of a lot of waste for me...I would VERY HIGHLY recommend them, and as a matter of fact I AM using them again. I can't say enough about them, and the owner. Every time I spoke with him, he was pleasant and conscientious. Treats the Customer like a King. I even reached him on a Sunday, and I just had a quick question, but he actually answered the phone!!! How many businesses these days can you reach live on a Sunday with 1 Ring??? All I can say is thank you DePaolo!!! Jim

The office staff was terrific, but the workmen who helped me were AMAZING! This was such a fantastic experience. Could not be more satisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR!!!!!!!!

The dumpster was delivered on time. It was all set up and ready to go. When it was full I made a call and the owner arranged to pick it up. He was nothing but wonderful. I will use this service again in the future for sure.

It was good. They took everything that they were supposed to. The two guys who came were very nice. The price was good.

It went great. They arrived when they said they would, cheerfully removed everything I asked and called me later to say they had overcharged me. Great company.

They were great. Jumped right in to take the radiators out. Moved on to the other materials after. Probably in and out in less then a half hour. Had purchased a deal through Angie's list that was for 1/8th of the truck and I used 1/4. Was a little over $90 for the additional, not bad to me!

Everything went fine. There were some restrictions on the items they would haul away. They charged $25 each additionally, for two TV's that I had them haul away. I would use them again in the future.

Overall it went well. The size of the "1/4 truck" was much smaller than we anticipated, so we ended up paying for a larger haul. Staff was professional and prompt.
